The black employee is not good at dealing with me. She insulted me in front of the customers. She is bad😒

The drinks here are decent for what they are but the lack of size options is a bit disappointing. Sometimes a guy just wants to shotgun a large coffee to get him through the day. The subscription seems like a decent idea though might try it out one time.

Very good to dine in or have coffee and sandwiches while shopping in the Arndale Mall. Quality of the sandwiches is high and fresh.

Love the range of top quality items. Join Club Pret like I did and benefit from 5 cups per day! Yesterday I visited Pret, Chester for the first time. The staff were lovely and friendly as always.

Staff are always really quick and friendly. Store doesn't seem to sell smoothies or shakes or frappes as they don't have the signage up (like all the stores located in the stations), however if you ask them they do make them they will, meaning I can make the most of my subscription when I am in Manchester on a break.

Rude staff me and my friends visited this store today the staff was really very rude behavior they think we don't know about these stuff I ordered hot chocolate but it is very bad taste I asked one of the staff member to change it but staff member said we can't do anything about this don't visit this store next time I recommend people not to go this store

very friendly place!!! I was in Manchester for the Easter holidays and often came for breakfast at Pret(Arndale). The most friendly and loving people work here! I am from another country and I have always been welcome here, despite my poor English, they tried to understand what I want and showed a lot of kindness and patience! And matcha latte with coconut and rice milk is the best in town!!!Thank you guys, I love you all and big greetings from Moscow❤️

Colm was such an energetic and happy person. A pleasure to be served by. Definitely made getting coffee a lot more enjoyable!

Abruptly served is the right one for them specially the ladies they always seems in a bad mood, mummers in their mouth and really don't have basic etiquettes. I haven't seen them smiling ever. Get a life you guys either stop serving customers or learn to be nice with them. You guys are litreally playing with the brand image. Is this what you have learnt until now in your life?

The best pret a manger service you can get in Manchester, the customer service is just beyond your expectations, the staff is awesome sweet and incredibly polite!!

Healthy food selection, your usual fast food kind of restaurant, staff friendly, tables could do with more regular cleans as I could see two tables near me which were available but still hadn't been cleared and wiped. Busy.

£2 to sit in, never told me till I had paid, sat down tables rotton, so no way to sit greed another decent coffee bar ruined with greed Wat is the back place like

Awful service. I ordered the applejito juice by using my subscription. They made like more water than juice. Literally taste like just water!! So diluted. When I said can they add more juice back but they refuse to do that.

I was severed by the same person twice this week and yet again I was disappointed with the service. When taking my order, the member staff was talking to other members of staff and went off somewhere else before I could say anything else to finish my order. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
