Always an easy go to place, The service here is very fast most of the time even during busy lunch hours. The staff are polite and always friendly and considerate of what is asked. Great atmosphere and affordable food, the pizzas here are very nice and I would recommend the pepperoni pizza. Not many people know but the fresh sausage rolls in the cabinet are also 4 for the price of 3. Lastly this Greggs is good for elder ladies and gentlemen as it does offer a seating area.

Typical Greggs close to Wythenshawe hospital. Disappointed to see nearly nothing left in the bakes shelves. Asked for a hot bake so had to wait 5-10 minutes for them to be cooked from scratch. Difficult to understand the staff with the COVID protection screen still in place between customers and staff.

Twice I’ve been to this particular shop on Ledson Road in Wythenshaw to collect a Too Good to Go bag and both times it’s been closed. Maybe it’s on me for being dumb enough to fall for it twice. In conclusion, it’s s**te.

Slow service. No baguettes or omelette for breakfast available. Bacon cold and sausage roll burnt. Not the best Greggs I’ve been to. Handy for the hospital and the local business park though, has a little car park out the front as well.

No problems with greggs shops, they are a fast food bakery in very convenient sites across the u.k I always appreciate the staff and what they do working and dealing with a wide variety of customers. It's a shame the company is closing shops down due to the cost of living at the moment.

I like greggs, the food is good quality, they don't always have what you want on the shelves though and there has been times when the hot food is cold, some of the, staff are nice, some, are grumpy and rude, but over all above average.

I usually nip in once a week for a brew or sausage roll for my son. Got to mention that today was served by really nice girl. Glasses on, super friendly, I think her name is kerry. Really just kind of person to cheer you on to work. Super smiley 😊

We used the ‘too good to go’ app. Went to collect our bag of cold food at 5:30pm. The bags were all ready to go and the young lady was friendly. Would definitely return to this store again. It’s in a fab location on the industrial estate.

Lovely, clean shop. Rarely have to wait for anything, bacon barms and sausage rolls have always nice and hot when I've bought them. Great staff aswell, always smiling and very polite

After being a customer for a long time to greggs at roundthorn industrial estate. lastweek I complained about the food explaining I've ordered the same things I usually get to find all my food was cooked in the morning the lady swore to me the reason was cos they can use the heater/oven for 3 hours max threw the day so I took her word for it as it was 2oclock in the afternoon I went today 6am for 2 steakbakes 2 sausage and bacon and orange juice my food was colder than the orange juice

Great food, very busy, good food is worth waiting for.

Poor service today from a person who simply can not listen to what a customer orders. Three times the basic order was explained and acknowledged and yet it was served completely wrong. Same with the following customer heard saying not to mix up a steak bake in the same bag as another. Guess what? A quietly concerned customer was quite within their right to complain. Was it just today or are staff not being trained properly.

Bacon was cold. I think the barm cake should be unbuttered

Breaky is great... Hot drinks are like dishwasher water. Taste worse than they look. This was meant to be a caramel latte with cream... F knows where the cream is... Great service though lol

when buying hot food from this Greggs in particular make sure you ask if the pasties are warm because most of the time they are freezing cold and stale

Still haven't got to try the new chicken n stuffing baguette not for the want of trying firstly it was out of stock due to demand and they were only making one batch a day now it's out of stock due to no ingredients plus baguely haven't had any sugar for weeks now so I have stopped buying the always cold sausage rolls and steak bakes

Order was wrong got white coffee although I ordered black had to go back for a doughnut thar wasn't in the bag and only given 3 slices of bacon in the baguettes instead of the 4. Felt like I had inconvenienced the server by being there.
