Nice and organised place with a great view! I was sitting there for long waiting my flight and everybody was kind and helpful. 😊 I would definitely choose to chill and wait there instead of other bars around where costumers normally drunk from 3am, waiting their cheapest flight ever found.

I visited the T1 store today and was served by a lovely pair of young ladies, Keona and Dom (hope that’s spelled correctly). Excellent customer service and very pleasant to deal with. I’m lead to believe they don’t get any free drinks whilst they work there which is ludicrous! Sort it out Starbucks and look after your quality staff better! Everyone needs a bit of caffeine to get through the day and these girls deserve a free fix at the very least! Cheers for the white mocha ladies.

After the hell that is bag-check and security in Mancs Airport, I was served at the smaller Starbucks just after security in T1 by a lovely lad Joe/Joseph. He was pleasant, courteous and engaged customers in conversation despite the throngs of holiday makers. A thoroughly rude and unpleasant elderly woman pushed into the queue and shrieked out a demand for cutlery. Poor Joe couldn’t understand her broad, shrill request and asked the customer to repeat. The ‘lady’ yelled loudly at him…and attempted to spell the word to him. Her ability to do so, did not match her ability to be rude and she humiliated herself with her incorrect spelling attempt. Poor Joe’s confidence was clearly knocked badly by this extremely rude woman, and he promptly disappeared. Just to let him and the other exemplary staff know that they shouldn’t heed or give away any energy to such unpleasant people. They represent a particular angry, entitled demographic in our country atm, who from within their cocoon of privilege remain unaware of the challenges that young people like Joe face. He should move on from this and be aware that this woman is far more bitter, twisted and unhappy than he will ever need to be.

Amazing service by Paulina and Pawel who made my morning by serving delicious coffee with smile and great attitude. More staff like this would make everyone flying from t1 feel happy with current situation.

Food poisoning! I got a tuna and sweetcorn ciabatta, warmed up. Plus a tea. The sandwich didn’t taste great, but I ate it. Within an hour I was beginning to have stomach cramps. I’ve now been laid up for two days in bed with fever and cramps. Only just feeling a bit better. My doctor says onset of bacterial food poisoning symptoms is normally 1-2 hours after eating the item. This fits perfectly. And anyway, this was the only item I had eaten that day (bar tea and coffee). I’m going to contact Manchester Environmental Health but doubt they’ll have the capacity to visit. So am making people aware via this review. I used this Starbucks and its food made me very unwell indeed!!

So I walked out of security, stressed from being violated so early in the morning. A lady called Megan served me. She was polite & kind. Completely changed my mood from annoyed to getting into the holiday spirit. I can’t thank her enough. Her service alone is second to non

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the coffee shop at the airport, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafting through the air was delightful. What really made my visit stand out was the exceptional service provided by the manager, Aaron. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my coffee was just the way I liked it. He even recommended a few pastries to accompany my drink, which were absolutely delicious. A nice guy working here found and kept my passport safe before I would have to board the plane with absoblute madness. He even attempted to deliver the passport to the boarding gate for me. This dude saved my day. Many thanks.

Didn't feel welcomed at the cafe. Unfriendly atmosphere 23 October evening. Fruit fly's at the bun display, crawl on the buns for sale...DISGUSTING! It was my first and last visit for sure...

Both Ifrah and Farhan always provide such good customer service and are friendly. Farhan has even memorised my order now so it’s even quicker and makes for a better experience :)

Even though Terminal 1 is so busy, the staff were all confident and provided a great experience. Their supervisor (I think Pawel was his name) went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Refreshing to see such great customer service!

Im just in Starbucks Manchester Airport buying Chai Tea latte and Cinnamon Swirl (receipt number Chk 9546),I was serwing buy young girl with foreign accent when another lady interupt and start making very unconfortable rasist comments i front of all other customers Her name was GEMMA according on her badge,This lady start ripiting the same sentence as me and start laughing of my and this other young girl accent,make comment like "hej ,what kind of language is this???speak English,you are in England,it wasnt nice experience for me,Rafael

I used the Starbucks in Terminal 1 at Manchester airport at around 06:10. I was served by Zuzanna and her colleagues and I had a lovely experience. Short waiting time despite a small queue, friendly smiles and even asked me what topping I’d like on my porridge! Thank you. Keep up the good work.

I am staff at Manchester airport and the queues are always long. Staff are made to queue on there break ( we dont get long) with the passengers . When we have asked to be served as we're on our break they say no with a rude manner

Good effort on having GF sandwiches. Poor effort on only having one choice and zero price. The white chocolate mocha wasn’t super sweet (it is in other Starbucks across the globe) and they didn’t have any mugs for a grande. Service was slow too. And it was quiet(!) Might pass by in the future. Main reason is the WCM doesn’t taste quite right.

After a nightmarish trip through security and a dodgy burger from Burger King it was a pleasant surprise to get a decent Cappuccino and an iced Frappe at a very reasonable price. Pleasant staff added to a short but positive experience. Well done 👍

Morgan, hass, and Mary were very helpful and couldn't fault their customer service, however I did notice a fly flying around inside the cake case landing on all the food.

Being use to excellent service at Starbucks the service at Manchester airport this morning was atrocious. Staff were not interested. They were texting and just take so much time to do anything. There was a huge queue and to add insult to injury the manager was there getting himself a drink and just chatting to the staff. Appalling.

Ordered a Blonde Roast Americano. Was served an extraordinarily tasteless standard filter coffee. I saw the "barista" take it from the urn, but I said nothing as I didn't feel like ending up on a no-fly list over a cup of coffee! Also, I don't think he could've made a decent shot of espresso if his life depended on it.

Honestly an extreme difference in service from what I had just previously had in vita duty free! Guy was lovely, he couldn’t make my drink I wanted and was soo apologetic when he didn’t need to be. Then offered extra syrups instead if I wanted and whipped cream. Great service.

The dining area is disgusting. No attempt to clean the area by staff. Staff also look very disinterested and unmotivated.

Due to my lactose intolerance I often get nervous when ordering beverages however, I was served by a lovely young lady called ifra who was very attentive & reassuring when catering to my needs. She made me a drink & was extremely friendly which made me feel at ease, she made my day!

Went to Starbucks last week after security while waiting for my flight, don’t usually leave reviews but this lovely girl deserves one. Ordered our coffee and snacks and was served by Megan. Megan was so lovely throughout, so polite and happy not like some of the miserable and tired staff at other coffee places. I dropped some contents of my purse while getting my card out to pay and Megan was straight on it gathering my coins to give back to me. Amazing customer service from this young woman. I hope Megan and her over heads see this. What a little gem you have there Starbucks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I thoroughly enjoy going to starbucks on my break, the staff are always so friendly and efficient. Kai is very polite and always serves me with a smile, it's so nice to see such friendly people, especially on shift. I've seen Kai manage the busy queues so well and still manage to be so helpful, plus the coffee is always yummy, just what i need to keep me going. They are a great asset to the starbucks team at manchester airport. :p

Came here early hours this morning during a busy period, the lady with glasses in the first store after security needs a glass of wine or a holiday because oh my, the service was appalling. I couldn’t have seemed a bigger nuisance to her if I tried, got my order wrong then avoided me to correct the order, not the Starbucks way unfortunately.

Very satisfied with my experience! The giant lady - I think Dom was her name - had excellent customer service and was very attentive to my allergies and requests. Definitely the easiest experience I’ve ever had at any Starbucks.

The staff at 6:15AM, one who I caught her name was Denisa, we’re all polite, informative and incredibly friendly. Being an American whose main profession for 10 years is coffee, I can say for certain This location have great staff here.

Pretty good for an airport (Manchester) , but Charlie deserves special commendation. He was training someone when he took my order and his whole demeanour was focussed on customer care and motivating his trainee. Then -silly me- I spilled coffee everywhere and I went back to the bar and coincidentally reported the spill to Charlie. He made everything happen - clean up, mopping and another coffee - without delay, despite being very busy. An outstanding customer care experience (from someone who used to teach customer care) from a really nice man who never stopped smiling.

The most unpleasant cafe in the whole of Britain. They never hear or write down your name correctly. They can even name you a camel. Extremely slow service. I understand that 4:30 in the morning is a little early, but still, these people are at work. They have to be awake and serve the customers. That's what they get paid for.

Rude with an attitude from Kai/Kat. Was left waiting for a bit whilst she was busy in the back which was fine. When she did come out to serve people waiting there was no greeting from her, no hello, what can I get you… nothing just a girl with a face on her from the start. Gave her my order (soya chai latte) then she asked me if it was a tea or a latte? Surely you should know what the drink is since you work here. Then she asked - anything else?. I pointed to the sandwich I had placed on the counter and she told me it couldn’t be heated up. At this point I left. So rude, very unprofessional and a sticking attitude!! Do better!!

I am a nervous flyer and a week ago I was flying to Istanbul so was nervous for my flight. Mineerah and Moona couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring with not just my order but my anxiety about flying. That lovely conversation did wonders for my experience and thanks to them I boarded my flight with little to no fear. What exemplary young people :)

Seamless in taking the order and make my drink, despite various additions to the drink. They took great care in ensure I got what I wanted. Fatima, Sadiyya and Rohen were especially exemplary and very efficient. Would come back again.

I received the best customer service from two lovely girls called Maryam and Fatima today (hoped that's spelled correctly!!). I am heading to turkey (Istanbul) when I stopped off at Starbucks, although it wasn't very busy, they served me with a smile and got my order out as fast as they could, they modelled excellent customer service by engaging in conversation and being genuinely interested in my journey, which was fantastic!! would definitely come again to say hi! :)

Served by Karen who was really chatty and lovely made a mistake with one of the coffees mostly cause my parter was to busy talking to her but very quickly rectified it and very apologetic. Lovely staff nice clean tidy store
