Highly disgusted by the customer service in this shop in the fitting room. Me and my friend went into the same fitting room because we had seen multiple people go into them together. Seconds later there was banging on the door and we harassed to get out of the fitting room straight away when we weren’t even dressed. One girl in particular kept banging on the door when we were trying to get sorted and she was being incredibly nasty to the point were we scared to get out of the room. She was shouting and we felt so embarrassed because of the line of people waiting for the fitting rooms. And then they went on to laugh and talk about us while we were still there. Never in my life have I been to a retail shop and left feeling so upset. Hope you sort your staff out.

Overpriced but some of my favourite closet staples are from here. The quality does diminish after washing certain things at 60° which they probably don't recommend anyway but I like a hot wash.

Overall a good store but this time they focused on female fashion rather than being fifty fifty like the lady time I went. Men are on the top floor and have to side with the home section there was barely any range at all. The prices were super expensive too even in the sale section which was in a corner by the lift and one of the staff was horrible she looked me and my friend up and down and had a nasty expression on her face like we couldn't be in here because we didn't fit a certain criteria. I asked her for help and she was really rude about it and unhelpful. Truly sad because I like this store

Went in to exchange past lunchtime so it's not as busy as it usually is, however staff stood around the till chatting away while I stood there waiting. Then one of the staff beckons me over without saying anything and just held out her hand for the products and receipt like she about to have an arm wrestle competition. Like, girl, please. Once exchanged she just handed me back the proof of exchange receipt without saying anything. Had better experiences with Tesco self checkout machines x

Kind of expensive, but I visit it when there are discounts. Lots of fashionable and stylish clothes. Some stuff were friendly, and one must have been a bit tired. I bought a nice T-shirt and pants and together it was near 80 pounds. Also fitting rooms are very dirty( 6.5/10 for me )

I was served by Ellie (or Ella!) today, and she was so lovely. Helped me find a corset top that I had been looking for and went above and beyond with how accommodating & sweet she was. Was super patient with me when I requested having 3 different transactions, as I did not bring my physical card so had to use Apple Pay where there is a cutoff amount, and handled everything with ease and efficiency.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Absolute disgusting customer service team - especially those in the furniture department. They ignore you & brush you off rather than actually offering any kind of support. I ordered a bed and the whole process was horrific, when wanting to ask questions about my order (which the money disappeared & reappeared into my account for numerous times) - I kept being given different numbers and told to call back at specific times & every time they were closed or I was told “sorry the furniture team aren’t here at the moment”. I then got a notification to say it had been shipped and would be arriving on a specific day.. so i booked the day off work to ensure I was in and able to receive my delivery. I stayed in all day waiting for any calls & texts and no one ever showed up or contacted to let me know it wouldn’t be arriving. I spent the whole next day trying to gain answers and get in contact with the right people only for it to be left waiting for me in my lobby once I’d arrived home that day. Again. No warning or contact to tell me, otherwise I’d have made sure to be in. As I’m a young girl living alone, there was no way I could carry it up to my flat without assistance (a service which I was promised) and so the bed had to stay in attending in a public lobby until the next day when I could bother some very kind strangers in my building to help me carry it up. Still trying to get hold of someone to help me or to give me some form of answers or compensation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.. ESPECIALLY THE HOMEWARE AND LARGE PIECES OF FURNITURE. You’ll get absolutely nowhere with any form of customer support. Disgraceful company

The staff here were amazing when my daughter suffered a seizure on their shop floor. They stayed with her for a very long time until we could get to her and took her somewhere quiet to recover. They had all just had their first aid training renewed and did lots of training on how to deal with seizures so I am eternally grateful for their care and concern. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Great clothes, but a little expensive. Need more changing rooms , had to queue for ages then had to queue for ages again at the checkout and annoyingly the one and only assistant was extremely slow and relaxed about serving people.

Staff lack of training I was doing a in-store return, the staff gave me a so tired look. Meanwhile she is chatting with her other 2 colleagues. 😅She said Oh it’s a massive return. -.- the attitude just makes me feel sick. ❄️But I have the right to return if I purchase online. I couldn’t believe a used to urban outfitters customer will be treated like that and expensive this customer experience. 🥹Next time I will not spend £600 on your brand. I had a really bad experience in store. The staff all seems tired. UB overwork them?

Love the clothes but they are made for a certain shape,my daughter is always sad and disappointed when we leave as she feels they are not made for her.

Placed order online, got charged (customer support names it "authorisation") in a week has been charged second time, and almost a month I cannot got a refund. Support team is not helpful. Scam

Hit and miss, sometimes have decent clothes. A lot of the stuff just feels "okay" but walk out empty-handed after seeing the price tags.

1. £40 SCARFACE T SHIRT??? BE SO FR 2. me and my friends used the photobooth (we paid £4 for unflattering pictures). They didnt even print. We asked a sales assistant to help us, she said she didnt know how to so shed get her manager. We waited for 10mins and nobody helped us. My friend tried to get a refund via the QR code, she didnt get one. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Massive queues as you'd expect at Christmas. Good choice of clothes, great value deals. Guy on the till charged us incorrectly but was happy and quick to sort it out.

Urban outfitters stock some good brands. I hadn't visited in a while and didn't spot they have moved the Men's wear from the top floor to the ground floor. They now have home stuff on the top floor

I would like to say what fantastic service I received from Jamie at the Manchester branch on Monday. I had a bit of a receipt issue and he sorted it effortlessly, so polite and lovely, thank you Jamie an absolute credit to the company

Nice clothes and decent layout. It’s a bit of a struggle getting around each section when busy. Quite overpriced but UO has always been. Friendly staff but service can be a little bit too slow during peak times meaning LONG queues

Very excited to go but when we arrive the clothing was only available in small sizes.

The quality of their t-shirts are really good and the mirror in the fitting room actually makes you look a normal size as opposed to bigger than you actually are like the mirrors in H&M and Primark

Several months ago, I took a scarf to the till of the Manchester branch, only to find that it was covered in sticky bubble gum. It was so soiled that I wasn’t offered a price reduction and the assistant said they would dispose of it. A month or so later, I was in the shop again and spotted what I thought was another scarf in the same design. It was tightly folded. As I unfolded it, I discovered it was exactly the same scarf, partly on sight but also because my hands now felt sticky and smelt of the gum. I handed the scarf to an assistant and explained that I’d been told it wouldn’t be put back out on the shop floor. She was very pleasant and apologetic, and also told me the scarf would be disposed of. Today, about a month on, I was back in the shop and saw the same scarf out again! This time it wasn’t tightly folded. It was hanging on a display rack with the dried gum on display. I didn’t point it out to staff as, based on previous experience, I wasn’t confident it would be acted on. I don’t know whether this was just negligence or deliberate but whichever way, it’s not acceptable to keep putting out soiled and unhygienic goods at full price on the shop floor. Photos attached.

Went in today and all the staff were very polite and helpful. APART from the guy on the changing room..extremely ignorant and rude .so if u venture into this shop avoid him at all costs. He's late 20s with shoulder length dsrk wavy hair and wearing a scowl !!!

Great customer experience Christmas shopping in the Manchester store today. We bought lots and enjoyed talking to Corey at the till, who was super friendly and efficient. Will be back again.

I wish I could give it below 0. This place is a complete disgrace, and what makes it terrible is the employees and the managers there. Unbelievably unprofessional. The managers don’t know how to handle calls nor simple conversations. I am still surprised at how those managers especially the girl with organe hair. I can’t believe that she manages people she can’t do the minimum lol. They have 0 skills literally nothing. They should work on the team because it is disgusting and such an embarrassment to the place.
