I had help today finding items for my mum with the help of Jack. He tried his very best to help me and had a really nice attitude when doing so. Melissa was also lovely when I was checking out. Actually with that being said every time I have visited lush all the staff there always have a positive attitude which is why I love shopping there.

This review is a bit late but I wanted to make sure I do put it through. My son has sensory needs and gets overwhelmed in some stores especially with all the lovely smells. Rachel was so lovely and looked after him and played with him whilst I browsed around the store. Such a kind hearted staff member! She realized he was interested in the shower jellies so she gave him an octopus one to play with. Always love lush but your staff are the cherry on top!

I went to Lush yesterday to treat myself to a face mask after finishing my final year at uni. I was looking for a mask that was for sensitive skin and reduces redness. Rachel at Lush Manchester Arndale offered to help and gave me a real pamper in trying out different products. She was so kind, gentle and really informative - I was (literally) in very good hands! Big 'thank you' to Rachel for helping me to choose a great product and for giving me a sample of another mask x

Went to Lush Arndale with my kiddies & was greeted by Minnie. She was very kind & and let my little ones test out the Halloween slime shower gel & some other bath products (like a little experiment which makes it fun for kids & gets them involved in what they're using etc). Lovely shopping experience & the kiddies enjoy going into Lush (they love the smell so they always gravitate to here).

I LOVE IT AMAZING STAFF SPECIAL THANKS TO TOM AND IKKY THEY NEED A RAISE. As soon as I entered the shop they greeted me with smiles on there faces. My son and wife really liked the smell of the princess peach shower jelly but they only had it in large. So when we went to pay with another item we got a sample for free we were already amazed in their kindness but than we got a whole large pack for free. Thank you so much for making our day by making are son smile.

Whilst doing a spot of shopping in the Arndale store we popped in to Lush to try a product or two. All the staff were lovely, so helpful and made us feel so welcome. Whilst chatting we decided to book a pamper session for the three of us at the Arndale store. Our pamper session with a fabulous young lady called Ifra, she too was lovely and so kind. It was her first time taking a session and we all giggled our way through it, especially when putting the face masks on! Can happily say we all had a brilliant time making a face mask to take away with us and being given a few freebies for booking the party. We came out of the store with our skins glowing and smelling beautiful. We thoroughly recommend doing this as s treat to yourselves, it’s so worth it. Thank you all the staff, you are all brilliant.

I always have a pleasant experience in this store. They are always happy and attentive and ready to help. A few times I’ve been in and just wanted to browse on my own which they are very happy to let you get on with. Recently though I’ve been letting store assistants show me around. I visited today (1st April) and was helpfully shown around by Devon who was full of enthusiasm despite trying to fight a lost voice. She has great product knowledge and really helped me choose wisely. I was so relaxed I ended up spending twice as much as I intended to. Devon was so friendly she passed me over some samples of shower jelly to compliment the shower gels I had chosen. I can’t wait to try them out. Please pass on my thanks and treat her well. It’s people like this who turn a dull day into a sparkly one!

Rachel was so so helpful today. We tried tested & tasted every delicious product. She patiently assisted answered all our questions & advised where & when appropriate!! Go Rachel. @Lush management it’s time to promote her now!! To be honest all the staff were equally keen to help & full of good information about the array of natural ingredients, ideal use & benefits. We left laden with sustainable natural skin & hair care products.

My little girl visited your store with her aunty who was purchasing something and was fortunate enough to meet one of your lovely staff members called Hannah. Hannah played with my four year old , showing her lots of different bath bombs and showing how the samples dissolve in water. Her playful and kind manner really made my little girls day. To top off a magical visit she gifted my little girl with a bath bomb and wrote her a little note on it. Hannah I hope you read this so you know you are a credit to the Lush team and they are very blessed to have somebody as lovely as you with such great customer service on their team . Talk about customer service! Let me tell you about Joe! Joe could sell honey to a bee. He was so attentive so approachable and made me feel like a damn celebrity. Truly opulent! As Joe was making me feel all loved and pampered, here comes Ben bringing over even more treats and goodies that I didn’t need to buy but I did, and I don’t regret it. Then they handed me over to my girl Daniella. What an amazing girl, she helped me at this location before and was still as bubbly and had great recommendations! (good luck on your schooling). I was in there so long I forgot I had somewhere to be. Now some may think this review is extra but this is an accurate reflection of the genuine quality care that was shown to me! If you can, do yourself a favor and go !

We always call into Lush when in the centre, the staff here are super helpful and friendly, often go out of their way to help, and offer insights into their products without a pushy sales pitch. Great products great people 👍😁

My boyfriend and I were assisted by the very helpful and friendly employee named Ethan. He recommended several products and allowed us to test them out. He was very knowledgeable on the products and happily answered any questions we had. Overall very attentive employees and great customer service. The samples that we were given alongside buying some products was a nice touch. Very impressed with the customer service and shall definitely be returning again :)

I had to buy a birthday gift, was clueless regarding the products. Rachel (the employee ) was really helpful and patiently explained me descriptions of each bath bombs and soaps. Absolutely love this place, every time I've been, I've always been greeted kindly & professionally. I saw Ben this time round, what a lovely person! He talked me through several products to find the right ones for me, very polite, patient & down to earth with a good sense of humour. I felt really at ease in the store & like I'd known everyone for years 🤣 Ben really listened to what I was looking for & tailored my shopping experience to suit my needs. i went in here today to get a birthday present and i was helped amazingly by Sophia. She was lovely and helped me to pick out some bath bombs for my friends birthday and even packaged them up in the wrapping i chose. I usually don’t talk to staff but she definitely has been the nicest and most helpful i’ve seen in lush before. 10/10 customer service and every product is amazing :) even got a free sample !!

Lush Arndale Team are all so friendly and always offer their help. Just wanted to express our gratitude to Hannah who made our visit to the store feel extra special yesterday. Hannah demonstrated the Raspberry Blower Bubble Wand to my nearly two year old Billie, which transformed Billie’s experience...she went from clinging to my leg, to feeling encouraged and confident to interact and squidge the Octopus Shower Jelly! It was heart warming to see her confidence grow. After an afternoon of feeling like we were constantly getting in people’s way in the shops our experience in Lush was the opposite. We felt welcomed by the whole team (right down to the merriest of chorus of goodbyes) and Hannah made us feel like we were both her priority. She gave us plenty of time and energy and went above and beyond even helping juggle our pushchair which was exploding with our jumpers and coats! had a beautiful experience in store with Nawal, my children really enjoyed and Nawal was really understanding with my baby being obsessed with the tester eye mask and gifted one for all of my children to share, they were so happy and grateful. All of the staff were wonderful and child friendly, unlike some other shops. they really enjoy working there and have very good customer service. definitely will be back :)

I had the best experience at lush the other day thanks to Romaysa. She was the loveliest person ever. I always go to the Lush in the Arndale and have an amazing experience but Sunday (24th Sept 23) was something else. She was so helpful and easy to talk to and just made my day. It’s always the little things that mean the most and Romaysa made my day, week, MONTH! I hope she gets to see this review so she knows how absolutely amazing she is. She deserves a raise! I also got my hands on a new pink scrunchie which I’m so in love with 🩷

Honestly, such a fantastic experience! A lovely lady called Jen helped me and my little three-year-old boy find exactly what we wanted. Jen showed such kindness, politeness and patience with my little boy. She demonstrated to him what a certain ghost bath bomb did in the sink and described the smell, textures and patterns which is brilliant for children rather than just ‘good and smells nice’ Jen also took her time to show my son the Play-Doh soap style products, they both rolled out the soap and created stars to which then Jen put in a pot for him to take home. Honestly, my little boy would’ve stayed there all day if he was allowed to. Jen was so professional and very warming. Thank you- much appreciated!!!!

Everytime I go into this Lush I always receive such excellent customer service. I went in a few weeks ago to buy my friend a present and one of the workers were so helpful and recommended some products for curly hair. I took some samples and returned today to buy the full size products. I was served by a lovely assistant called Jed and he was so helpful, asking about my hair type and skin type to recommend the correct products and also taking the time to explain and try the products on me. He was very informative and it was just refreshing to have an assistant give that time to a customer from the moment I entered the shop up until payment rather than just selling things for the sake or not even bothering to approach me. Extremely satisfied with the service today thank you Jed for the amazing service. ☺️

Lovely trip to Lush with some brilliant staff who really went above and beyond! When we went in we were greeted by Dani who asked us what we were looking for and took us to some products to show us how they worked. She took so much time and energy to chat to us and get to know us and pick out things based on what we spoke about. Another colleague also came and spoke to us (sorry we didn't get a name!) but they were so lovely too and showed us some products they had themselves which we were also interested in. They were also super friendly and took their time to chat to us and show us the products. Dani also let us test some of these products to see how we liked them on ourselves. She made us feel very comfortable and we had such an enjoyable time as she was so bubbly and friendly! We then bought some of the products she recommended where we were served by Matt who was also so lovely. The two of them really wanted us to enjoy the products we had been shown and really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for brightening up our day!

I come regularly to lush arndale for all my hair and skincare, and shower supplies after I was recommended to come here by my partner. Now I also recommend it because each time I go, the atmosphere is so friendly, the staff always knew exactly what I was looking for and made me feel so welcome. I also really appreciate the inclusion of pronoun badges for employees. Although it's a shop, this really makes it feel like a safe space. Today I spoke to Pluto about advice on products to use when caring for coloured hair and he recommended the big conditioner bar and the rehab shampoo. I'm really looking forward to using them! Pluto also took me and my partner on a little tour around the shop, telling us some of the stories behind the perfumes and they were all really interesting. It was a really nice start to our valentines day and I'll of course be coming back. Also Pluto has really cool hair and jewellery. Thank you all!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Arndale branch. I was helped with the products I needed and I was given some awesome suggestions for purchases for my son. Ella, your amazing staff member not only helped me pack my products but helped hold them for me in the queue as she could see I was struggling. She was beyond wonderful so pleasant to deal with and absolutely went above and beyond. I’d come back to the branch just to see Ella again ! She is wonderful

We had the most AMAZING experience in the Lush Arndale store today! We were served by the incredible Dani who provided the most excellent customer service to us. We came in for a £5 bath bomb for a gift and ended up leaving the shop with lots of treats for myself as well as gifts for other people. Dani made us feel extra special and made our experience in Lush fantastic. Her product knowledge was super and massively helped my Mum who suffers from a condition that Dani has recommended products for which will hopefully help! The rest of the staff were also brilliant and are a credit to the company.

I went into the store today for a few self care treats and was helped by the lovely Venus, they were super helpful with their advice in products, and exuded a nice positive vibe which instantly made me feel at ease. Lush should be proud to have such vibrant team members. I am excited to try out my new products!

The moment we entered we were greeted by kind faces and a helpful and very detailed guide through the sections of the shop. The scent was gentle and not overbearing like in other stores of their brand. The opportunity for little businesses to showcase their talents in the designated spot in the back of the store was a surprise, but a welcomed one. Once mentioned that we had been working in care all throughout the pandemic, the kind person guiding us through the products even recommended a specific one for working hands. Wonderful shop, kind people, nice ethics and progressive attitude. April was very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable!

Me and my boyfriend got greeted by Izzy near the face mask and makeup area and very kindly asked if she could demonstrate how to use multiple products on our hands. Was very gentle and kind and made me want to fall asleep. Ended up buying all the products she tried on us! Would 1000% recommend :)

Really good place to go to, me and my sister loved it! Was looked after by Niamh she was really nice and kind. She showed us the face masks for spots and for brightening the face, she put them on our hands and showed us how they worked and told us lots of information about it. she also showed us the cucumber eye pads which we got as well as the dream cream body lotion. She also gave us some free samples. Altogether she is an amazing asset to the team and will definitely be visiting again 😁😁

Sat to a consultation with Niamh who shows me multiple products to help with my blackheads and spot outbreak. The products shown were amazing on my hand and I can’t wait for my face to clear up. Niamh and another gentleman wrote down exactly which product to use and how many times a week and it what order, amazing! Well I don’t know where to start from the moment we walked in to the moment we walk out Jess was just absolutely amazing ! I love lush and it’s products and have for years but I have never met someone in a store that has been so bubbly and match’s the stores excellence and experience as much as she does !! She assisted us while Shopping she explained and showed us the different products. She made the experience of shopping in lush even more enjoyable than it already is. She was just so friendly and helpful in fact the most friendly customer assistant I have ever come across. She is definitely an asset to the shop as I would return to the Arndale store just to see her ! I wanted to try the lavender wash to see how is reacted with my skin and she happily gave me some Samples. She definitely deserves and Christmas Bonus or a promotion she just delightful Xx

Just had the most amazing experience at Lush (Manchester Arndale) today (08July2023). We were looked after by an employee called Matt (with round glasses and red hair). Matt was very patient with my overly hyper and excited niece. He also had wonderful product knowledge and gave the best suggests for not only my niece but for myself too. Went to lush today at the Arndale with my two daughters (4 and 8) for a couple of bath bombs for them. Jen gave them the most personalised and special experience. Asking them about their favourite colours and scents, showing them how the raspberry bubble bar worked and allowing them to blow bubbles themselves. She really took her time to answer questions and explained everything really nicely. We decided on the Raspberry Bubble Bar, Out of This World Bath Bomb and Toby's Magic Cow. Thank you Jen for you kindness, you absolutely made our day.

What I love about this Lush is that the staff are so attentive without ever being “too much”. I nipped in to get a face mask and was there for ages deciding what to get - thankfully Holly came over and helped me by asking what I was after and then trialling a Rosy Cheeks mask and a couple of other products with me. I loved the Celestial moisturiser but was on a bit of a budget so they kindly gave me a sample pot. Then, indecisiveness struck again when picking a bubble bar — I went for Blue Skies but Holly was so kind and thoughtful that they actually gifted me the other bar I’d been considering. Never had an experience like this - Holly, you were so kind, attentive and generally lovely to chat to! Just felt like a conversation with a pal. Perfect end to the week - keep it up Lush Arndale ❤️

Was helped by a lovely lady who I think was called Rachel! On Saturday the 8th She helped me find everything I needed, and made my experience one of the best. She was a absolutely fantastic! I’m autistic so I find social interaction quite difficult, but Rachel made me feel very comfortable and happy whilst she helped me shop. She helped me find the perfect SpongeBob bath bomb and jellies, can’t wait for another trip! :)

I visited the Lush Manchester Arndale a few weeks ago and all staff were fab and super helpful. A shoutout to Dan, though, who stood and talked me through all of the lip scrubs/ masks and bath bombs, and gave me a snow fairy lip mask to take with me after I mentioned all the ones I was buying were Christmas presents. Thanks so much for the random act of kindness, it really made me smile!

A wide range of products to choose from. My salesperson, Minnie, was really helpful and knowledgeable of the products she helped me choose the products based on my preference and needs. We did try some of the products too. Love the rose face mask in particular!

I had a gorgeous time at Lush today! I have a great experience every time I visit- your staff are an absolute credit- but today was just an all round lovely time! every member of staff was super chatty, lovely and hilarious- it was so wonderful! I was helped out by a lovely guy (i didn’t get his name) and Hannah who was an absolute star! I visited a couple of weeks ago at the centre and as someone new to Manchester I was still finding my footing and wow. If everyone in Manchester is as nice as your staff I’m in for a great time! Immediately I was greeted by a lovely American staff member (who I later discovered was called Danielle) and with a quick chat about my personal preferences and anything special (I have very sensitive skin) Danielle was so attentive and all the choices she recommended have been amazing (I even come back to stock up on the spray she recommended in the Boxing Day sales) And once I was done with Danielle even the person who was on check out was so lovely! Sadly did not get their name. Honestly cannot fault the service there. Will definitely be back.
