The
worst
company
by
far
I
have
ever
dealt
with
is
NCP.
I
parked
yesterday
and
chose
to
leave
and
pay
for
car
park
online.
I
went
on
the
website
last
night
on
iPhone,
iPad,
and
laptop
and
their
website
doesn’t
work.
I
contacted
them
on
the
phone
last
night
and
all
I
want
to
do
ever
is
just
pay
£9
for
my
parking
and
they
said
they
can’t
take
payment
at
that
time
and
I
have
to
call
back
in
the
morning.
I
am
on
call
with
them
now
and
so
far
have
waited
half
an
hour
in
the
queue
and
there
is
no
answer.
For
gods
sake,
are
you
all
trying
to
make
people
unable
to
pay
so
that
you
can
issue
them
a
fine.terrible
terrible,
literally
ruined
my
day
yesterday
and
today.
Updated
-
as
expected
no
answer
after
45
mins.
I
give
up.
Spent
hours
and
hours
to
pay
for
parking
an
hour
and
half.
A
complete
joke.
They
have
finally
answered
the
phone
and
they
said
the
payment
team
is
engaged
and
I
will
get
a
call
within
24
hours.
Absolutely
unbelievable.
The
deadline
is
tonight.
I
will
stop
trying
because
so
far
the
emotional
and
mental
damage
and
time
waste
has
costed
me
much
more
than
the
£9
parking
fine.
If
I
don’t
get
a
call
I
will
give
up
and
if
I
get
a
charge.
Be
sure
I
will
take
it
to
court.
Absolute
scumbags.
