Absolutely massive place with loads of equipment. I took my 3yr old so she was too small for some bits (like the giant inflatables but there is a mini toddler one) but there was more than enough to entertain her. We were there for 3 hours in the end. She didn't want to leave! It wasn't too busy and everyone had plenty of space and the staff were lovely and made sure everyone was happy and safe. They responded to behaviour much quicker than any other trampoline park we've been to. Pricing very comparable to other places. Very clean. Had a great time and will definitely be back.

Was looking around to book my son's birthday party so checked your reviews. While nobody expects 5* all the time, the responses from the "owner" to some of these reviews are absolutely diabolical. Extremely unprofessional and brazenly disrespectful, goading customers who had issues with sassy responses and not once will you find the word "sorry" in any of their communications. Safe to say I will not be booking here, if the owner is that rude then I can't feel ensured that my child/party will be treated well. Finally, I advise you in future to keep in mind the potential new customers who are reading your terribly unprofessional responses when weighing up whether or not to visit.

Booked a 14:00 session and arrrived at 13:45, car park was really busy but we managed to find a spot. Walked in and checked in really quickly, the kids loved this place and we did not see them until the hour session was up. Could do with more seats and table in the upstairs viewing area. Reasonably priced food and drink but quite a que to get served.

Place is a rip off and soft play emergency exit is cable tied shut!?!?! Was told buying their socks was in the waiver agreement but didn't have the appropriate size so I didn't buy as we had unbranded trampoline socks that fit our 2 year old. Were told we could only use the soft play and wouldn't be allowed on the trampolines because of the socks. So ridiculous, just purely money making. Soft play emergency exit is cable tied shut which seemed very unsafe. Will not be back, been to better places.

Do not take your children here, the staff have no manners, if you plan on doing a children's party and don't want to stress, being around rude stressful staff will make your day worse, book flip out or some other establishment , you don't need to go there to see it for yourself either, just read the replies of the manager in the comments of the reviews... not an apology in sight, just pure arrogance, disrespectful childish responses. Don't go here, it's not worth your peace I have not spammed you, I have left 1 review,

I have been here with one of a family members party. It was a hot day and no ac was provided in the party rooms. The management was absolutely diabolical!!! The manager didn’t care that there were issues. The owner was rude , unprofessional and disrespectful in all ways possible. The staff members were rude to my family members. We were told that we were getting a slush of our choice. Then the party host got very frustrated and muttered under her breath and said everyone will be getting the same (mixed). When it was time to eat pretty much everyone (parents and kids ) were dripping with sweat. Then I got my mixed slush. I was unhappy because I only like the pink one . So one of the parents got me a pink one I’m not sure if they had to pay for it . But just a pointer the party host was very impolite (getting annoyed and irritated) which was not helpful as the parent who paid a lot of money for everyone to have a nice time was getting impatient as the staff just simply did not care. I rate my experience a big fat 0! But as I can not review 0 stars I will have to get a 1. Hygiene 0 Service 0 Management 0 Organisation 0 Staff 0 Friendly 0 Trustworthy 0 To the owner who reported one of the reviews to the greater Manchester police because the reviews were apparently ‘ racist ,intimidating, bullying behaviour ‘ I guess you can’t handle the truth that your staff and management are simply just not good enough. All you want is the ££££ !!!! To the owner that said I was spamming it’s just the truth.

My daughter loved it. It is such an amazing place to let yourself go. It is an indoor activity place with bouncy activities trampoline and jumping activities etc. They have dedicated rooms and areas to celebrate birthday parties. Or if you just want to come in groups to enjoy your day out. It's a kid and adult-friendly area. They have a kiosk where they also sell halal hot dogs 🌭 because you are not allowed food from outside. With a huge area for adults to hang out while the kids are playing.

Brought my son here as we were visiting England from Ireland. It was some time ago, and now we are back in England, he is pestering me to go again. That is how great this place is. I felt the need to post this review as I have been reading some a small few bitter reviews by some people. Before I book , I will be looking at the price, the parking and anything else I may need to know beforehand. My advice to anyone booking here, look at everything before you go and you will not be disappointed. My son STILL goes on about it, especially the giant dartboard and the penalty taking against the robot goal keeper. This place is class . 10/10

It's a great place for kids but I'm really upset with the way an employee treated me, I have a child with autism. He is a child with good behavior and does not harm anyone, but I must stay with him, I was standing looking at my child while he was playing, and then the employee was calling me with his hand in an impolite manner and calling me “hey.” Another employee intervened and told him she was allowed to stay with her child, then he left There is no respect.

Went in February 2022 got there in good time, was very busy not sufficient staff at reception, female at reception would only give the tickets once you registered otherwise refused to give to tickets and insisted that she had to put tickets on everyone's wrist although I had paid for the tickets. The place was reasonably clean, the delay obviously reduced the spent. Other staff members were friendly enough, it did have wide ranges inflatables and trampoline

Facilities are good, however it’s really not worth the money if your child is under 5. Can’t go on any of the inflatables, and the football area stated that IS available for under 5’s on the website is located behind the inflatables. A manager had to walk us through a gate that said ‘no entry’ to access it. As an adult if you want to go on you have to buy a pass available for ALL areas which is a bit of a money grab. I wanted a partial refund which was declined - really not worth the £39 when you can just go to bounce in swinton for £15. Also, there are two iPads with no signage over them that you have to input your reg into otherwise you will receive a fine for using their car park, and it’s £5 to lock you locker. It gets a two because I’d go back if my lad was over 5 and 1.2 meters, but to not give me a partial refund for the additional hour we didn’t want after knowing I couldn’t use half of what is there really annoyed me so I won’t be. Just go elsewhere or buy a 1 hour if your child is under 1.2m.

We are 2 adults (25+) and we had a great time here! Was like letting out the little kid. Good facilities and we got to do so many things within the hour. I wouldn’t stay more than an hour- I don’t think my heart could take it. But great date idea for active couples

Good place to take kids to, good range of activities for them to enjoy. However they are hygiene issues, waiting area is disgusting, rubbish are everywhere in the acarde area, toilet facilities have broken seats, dirty tissues and water all over the floor. Further more parent’s supervising kids have dirty shoes and carpets are very dirty. Lockers cannot be locked, therefore things can be easily stolen. There is definitely lack of cleaning and care from staff.

Amazing place for all ages and although a bit pricey, well worth the money. Huge shout out to kelvin who was so lovely and friendly. He was showing us some key tips to do cool tricks and made us feel really welcome. The place was really clean and full of helpful staff.

First time visiting after winning x2 tickets. Friendly, fun staff, great size playarea with different activities to do in there. Seating area upstairs to overlook the trampolines. Small cafe area for food and drinks. Great for parties. Car park on site.

My 2 year old was not made very welcome by the staff, she didn’t know not to use the trampolines without the ‘special’ socks you HAVE to buy, they scared her as they shouted for her to get off. Soft play was old and looked like it needed a good cleaning. Won’t be coming back again, horrible experience. Front desk girl was nice hence 2 stars not 1.

Brilliant few hours out for the kids. A little expensive compared to a regular soft play but that's to be expected for the great facilities. Well worth it. Free parking outside

Brilliant place, loads of parking, and pretty slick registration process. You have to wear their own Kickair socks, so that’s another £3! Cafe is great and reasonable too. Loads for the kids of all ages to do, brilliant facility!

We attended a session as part of a group of Cub Scouts last night. There were 27 of us and everyone had a great time! From the start, staff were very friendly and attentive whilst managing out group check in. The session itself was very well supervised and great fun. One of our Cubs injured their knee during the session and they were looked after very well by the member of staff. I can not recommend this place enough!

We as a grass roots football team went to Kick Air and thoroughly enjoyed our experience, especially the kids. From making the booking to sorting waivers, to the party experience it felt very professional and we were well taken care of. Particular praise and thanks goes to our party host Marika (sorry if it is spelt wrong) she booked us in, helped us feel at ease, controlled the group, was extremely helpful and accomodating. She was polite, happy and understanding, a credit to Kick Air. We will be coming back again in the future 😁

I have been few times now. Brought my daughters to have a bounce around. Very expensive for 1 hour play compared to other trampoline parks which at lower cost give you 2 Hours but afterall it is a good location near city centre so I suppose that is why. Even though had our own trampoline socks they ade me buy their own socks which added to the cost. Alot of the workers there are quite rude to the kids, seen this one guy tell kids at age of 2 years old to get up an not lie down on the trampoline as they were tired from jumping. How is a child at that age to understand to use one trampoline an stay upright an not lie down. Plus points its a nice large space and plenty to do for the kids, but customer service from the staff definitely needs improving, I have been to much friendly trampoline parks in the past, Also the bouncy castle takes time to have to switch socks around as the staff tell the kids to reverse socks when goin on which jus adds to the time as its only a 1 Hour play compared to the usual 2 at other trampoline parks. Overall not bad at all but has alot of improvement to be made.

This place is insane. Never knew it existed. Came across it on Google. We only paid for an hour but next time will pay for 2. We spent most of our time in the football area. The obstacle course is a proper work out! Definitely go again and highly recommend you go.

We had our sons 6th birthday party here and had 15 of his school friends. The lady hosting the party was great and couldn’t of asked for more. Good value for money and good fun for both kids and adults!

Awesome place. So many sections and so much to do. Reasonably priced and the staff are super friendly. Be sure to bring a jacket or coat as it can be a bit cold when you first enter!! Thanks for a great time guys. Kids loved it :)

I would just like to say how fantastic the lady was who dealt with my son when he hurt his foot. Very caring, she monitored him and came over with an ice pack right away. The gentleman who phoned me a couple of days after to see how he were getting on was lovely. I thought this was a lovely gesture and shows that they are really passionate about their job and customers. Thankyou so much to the staff at kickair couldn't remember your names. You were amazing thankyou!

Ive been here many times and enjoyed my experience. Went here today and it was really busy, as expected because it is half term.. I decided to go here as i knew there was a soft play section and i have a 7 month old. I paid £8 for an hour for the soft play area. Its a really nice section, but i was disappointed as it was meant to be for children under 5 and there was clearly children older than 5 within this section. I put my little one in the little section which was going good at first, then older kids came to play in this section, which was a concern they had no regard for my little one and he could have been hurt. Luckily, a staff memeber noticed and came over an asked the kids to leave and said this little section was for under 1 year olds, which i really appreciated. It was good for another 5-10 minutes, but then the same happened again, so i decided to just pick my little one up and hold him. I did speak to the manager and told him my issue. He was very accommodating and did offer me another hour, which was realy nice of him, but i declined as it was too busy I will return again to give it another go when it isnt half term and hopefully i wouldnt have this issue again.

We had my sons birthday here today and our Party Host was great, slight mix up with the pizzas ordered but she rectified it all for us. Only gave less stars for the most miserable man serving in the cafe area. He was the first member of staff we encountered and he really set a bad tone. He clearly doesnt like his job and i have never experienced anyone so rude in a customer facing role.

Very good place for the kids to have fun. Booked a 2.5 hr party for 10 kids includes 2 pizzas from domino's 10 x slushys 10 x ice creams party room 2 hours of jumping and a party host iswell. The total cost was £290 which in this day and age is a bargain.

We came here today kids couldn't wait to get in and they loved it we stayed 2 hours most of it spent in the football area the food was lovely and reasonably priced the staff were all friendly and polite and chatted to the boys .....my issue was the cleanliness of the place I am a cleaner and use to clean a large kids soft play adventure center and I was so shocked as to the amount of dust/dirt around..... the toilets were clean but omg the stench even after they were cleaned we will return cause as I said the boys loved it and are asking when they can come back just the hygiene standards were an issue for me .

Play equipment is brilliant, all the games etc . Not enough seating and in. Older months it's freezing . One down sides are parking ,not enough, toilets are always disgusting or flooded and the safety video rooms stinks!

I attended a party on the 9th of September, and I was disgusted to see and hear how the staff members and duty manager at the time were talking to the parent who organised the party. It was a very hot afternoon and the parent advised all of her guests that she had double checked with the owner that the party room was air conditioned. When we arrived the arena was so hot including the party room. The children and all of the party guests were dripping in sweat, the parents who were just just sat down were literally sweating and everybody’s make up was melting. The party host told us that they have asked their manager for fans or air conditioning but they get ignored. The manager definitely doesn’t respect his staff and he was nowhere to be seen. The parent of the party was very very upset as she had paid a lot of money to ensure the party ran smoothly and everyone enjoyed themselves, but unfortunately it wasn’t like that. I would never book a party at kick air and would rather go elsewhere where I will be respected and get the service that I pay for. The party rooms floor was extremely slippy and I myself nearly fell a few times. The party host herself was very hot and bothered as she was getting annoyed at times and she decided what flavour slushes/drinks the children would want and then we had to pay extra as the children weren’t happy with the choice. Quite a few of the parents had to buy ice blasts for their child which meant again kick air were getting extra money. I think kick air needs to take a good look at his premises and make some changes. Please do not book your party here as you will definitely regret it. The manager isn’t bothered as he hasn’t even apologised or even offered to refund the parent any money. It’s not cheap to book a party. We have attended parties at bounce, Inflatanation and total ninja and we have never been disappointed. I would like to add that I haven’t falsified any information and I haven’t made any racist comments. I personally didn’t speak to the staff members nor have i mentioned that I spoke to a staff member. I think before you start to threaten me you need to get your information correct. I have only stated what I actually saw. Thank you
