    Met with the wonderful Ayesha, Vanya and Sid. 3 amazingly bubbly people that made me feel lighter and a bit less tired after an all night journey. Thankful to have people like em serving us.

    Shoutout to a male staff (Man City fan) here. His energy is amazing and greeting each customers and pass-bys with passion and care. We should have more people like him working in hospitality! Also nice spot to work with laptop while waiting for trains.

    I had no issues with the drink I ordered and the place itself, which overlooked the Picadilly Station seemed clean and the overlooking view gave the place a nice atmosphere. However the prices were over inflated compared to other Starbucks. A large caramel machiatto, which I ordered was almost £6 (the price of a meal from a takeaway). The other thing was that I was told I couldn't collect my star points on the app, only if I was paying through the app. This was annoying, especially when you're paying more.

    Super nice people, good coffee & good service. Today was a mad busy day and they still served and sorted my order quickly. It's in a train station so obviously you're paying more than you'd like to and it can be loud there. Other customers tend to leave a mess as well but for a quick takeaway coffee for your train it's good.

    Was passing through Manchester Piccadilly station, and was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and very patient service from the staff. A wonderful store, and definitely a pleasant experience! Their fast pace with a busy thrush of customers was impressive. Will definitely pop by again 😊

    I was kindly greeted by Andrew Reece one of your employees who provided fantastic customer engagement as well as customer service. With that level of service I can only expect that he will be rewarded in the future, as he has shown management material. Will definitely choose Starbucks over fellow competitors in the train station, due to the simple fact of satisfaction I felt from visiting.

    Amazing service from my favourite barista Jess. She greeted me with a beautiful smile and asked about my day. The rest of the team was very nice and did a great job making my drink quickly. Had a lovely experience and was able to enjoy the best Iced Toasted Vanilla Oat Milk Shaken Espresso of my life on my train journey. Five stars for Jess!

    Andrew was extremely helpful in offering me a dairy free frappe style option. I was being quite fussy and he was very informative and smiley. The shop was messy but I presume they are understaffed!

    Grate Caffe, been served by Caitlin, my me.what caught my attention was everyone friendly attitude even in such a bussy time, I have to say staff walk extra mile to keep place tidy and every drink served to individual satisfaction even under the pressure.

    I was in a rush to get my train which was arriving in 15 minutes and there were so many customers. With such good speed and communication skills the staff did so well. In a busy place they heard clearly what me and my sister asked for and their speed of serving us was amazing too. I also noticed that they were training a new staff member at the same time and I could tell that he was going to be trained really well by the rest of the staff.

    The staff here were amazing, like an absolute klutz I dropped my drink and when i informed the staff, they consoled me and made me feel like i’m not an absolute dumbo. They even made me a new one. Super friendly, efficient and polite!

    A big shout out to staff member Hayley, an absolute star. I had purchased my drink and which subsequently fell as I was running towards the platform to catch my train. Whilst I had a few minutes to spare I chanced going back to purchase another. Not only did this staff member provide me a replacement drink promptly but did not charge me for the same. I was able to catch my train on time and this is thanks to this staff member in particular. Keep up the good work Hayley.

    Jason was excellent. Fast and well mannered, meanwhile his colleague left him to do all the work on his own while she stood and talked to people for easily 20 minutes during my stay and was already talking to them before I arrived. Jason is clearly very patient and didn't say anything to his colleague.

    Always go to this store on my way to work every couple of days, the staff are always friendly and very efficient at their job. They never get the order wrong and go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you want and need, probably my favourite Starbucks to visit especially on those cold, tiring morning where your in a rush they’re a breath of fresh air

    The barrister forgot about our coffee order while talking longer than usual with one of the customers (I would say it was a personal distraction). We saw that several people After us got their coffee and asked what happened. There were no apologies, and the coffee was not made immediately.

    It was a busy morning at Starbucks in Manchester Piccadilly Station. The staff made me feel valued and we’re very approachable. The store was tidy and clean and the staff were all very presentable with a welcoming smile. The team was running like clockwork (they had a lot of orders, but remained calm and collective).Their service was second to none. Great team work. What an amazing reflection on their management.

    Ok so I’m a big fan of Starbucks… Usually. However this one was seriously failing. We had 20 minutes to our train. We joined the queue with only one other person in front of us. 2 members of staff, one taking orders and the other making drinks. The man on the till was slow and had no idea what he was doing. He couldn’t tell us the price of the recycled frappe cups that were for sale. Not only that he said that “their system hasn’t had an update so you won’t get any stars for your purchase” ( not usually a big deal, but this particular transaction came to £20. We only just made it to our train with a minute to spare! There’s a cafe Nero, Costa, and other places to get a coffee. Definitely won’t be going back.

    Popped in yesterday while waiting for our train. Asked for a 'normal tea' and an oat iced latte. The orders arrived very quickly which was very good. However the tea didn't taste nice it had a chai tea aftertaste. Only managed half if it. The latte also wasn't enjoyed. Could have been a one off, so have given a 3 star rather than 2 It wasn't very busy while we were there but none of the tables were cleared during our 45 minute visit.

    We came here for my daughter as she loves a chai oat. The staff called Idl was so amazing to my daughter as she had blutak stuck in her hair so we asked her to cut it off. She saw my daughter upset about cutting the bit of hair off. She offered her a free treat - really made my daughters day. A*

    Considering how busy this place is it’s always quick to get served and get your drinks. The staff are all really polite and friendly…Andrew served me today- super happy and friendly and was the first staff member to advise I get a discount as rail staff! Only improvement would be more seating with higher tables but it is in a train station so can’t moan about that too much!

    Popped in for a breakfast sandwich before my train to London. Unit wasn’t open as I was there earlier than opening time. The team were great as they let me sit in the cafe and wait. Service great and as always the food and drink on point. Thanks 😊

    I was dining/drinking in staff were using the takeaway cups even though drinking in. Yes I know it’s only 5p but this occurred last week too, and if you times this by the amount of customers!! Does the 5p charge go to a charity? The barista on the till seemed vague and kept sniffing

    I went to get a coffee yesterday and whilst waiting in the queue, the cashier was serving a family if 6/7 with the smug face like she shouldn't be working there or she is better than the customers. When it was my turn I tried to make her smile to give her the benefit of doubt but nope she is smug, honey you work in a coffee shop, smell the coffee and wake up.

    Full on starbucks fan. But the oven has been out of action for a week (who is buying the cold porridge and un cooked toasties? And the decaf machine is also broken! Limits the choices quite a bit. Not what I expected of a starbucks

    Andrew is a 5 star employee, every time I visit he is full of energy, smiling, and super friendly. He also makes an effort to address you by name. Credit to your branch in the station! (The other staff are also super friendly!)
