Dunkin is Dunkin the product same all delivered from same factory. So quality of the donut is not In question... however the lack of intelligence of the staff is Astonishing. How can you not do your job properly? It's not hard. Customer service? Where? Throwing my donuts in a bag upside down? Talk about ruining my day. All my donuts ruined.

Fantastic place. The coffee is delicious, and the donuts were amazing. The Mr Happy donut is a personal favourite, and I’d gladly come back here when I next have the chance.

The queue was a bit long. Am giving it a 3 because I felt really rushed when making my order. As it was my first time going there I wasn't familiar with what they had on offer but the person taking the order was very impatient and borderline rude. I panicked and ordered a frappe. I'd love to go again to give it another try. The drink I got was nice, it wasn't too sweet and sickly.

Omg this place is awesome. Prepare to que at the moment due to the current pandemic. But deffnatly worth it. The caramel hot chocolate is lovely. The donuts are divine. What more can be said other than if you can try it do so simples. Just give yourself 20mins for que time.

I've always been disappointed by Krispy Kreme. Had Dunkin' for the first time in America and went back every day for the remainder of my trip. Doughnuts are beautifully soft and well flavoured. Been waiting for a UK branch for a while. They currently only exist in Manchester or London so it's a long way to travel for doughnuts. I was worried they would be different here, but they're just as good as I remember. Please expand to Reading!

I’ve unfortunately left Manchester, but I’m still missing my daily cold brew and the chats with the lads, both never failed to put a smile on my face, it was the nicest feeling to walk into Dunkin with them knowing my order already 🤣 Both deserve a pay rise as they are absolutely amazing xx

I didn't get the chaps name in there but I had a nice conversation at 9am in the morning with him about going to new York. Brilliant store and the iced coffee was so good

I’ve been to this specific branch a couple of times now, and each time my sister and i sit and have the most amazing chats with whichever member of staff that is working that day. It gives ‘local coffee shop in a small town’ vibes with how welcoming and friendly the staff are. I would recommend this specific brand 1000%. Get the double chocolate frappe with no coffee- tastes exactly like the brampton house individually wrapped brownies :)

We stopped in for a coffee and Nadeem blew us away with his amazing hospitality. He showed us this amazing you out he was very excited about we downloaded the app and we got a free beverage of our choice. The man needs to own his own store and definitely get a pay rise he made our stay all the worthwhile.

🤩 wow, The workers I think kacey and Charlotte were AMAZING!! today when I visited the store they were both helpful and polite. Both deserve a pay rise and some recognition from management. Even with the card reader being down they helped me and were brill. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this store.

Smallest Dunkin I've ever been in! However.....normal excellent donuts and service received

Closing time advertised: 9pm, time that seating was put away: 6pm If you can't sit down and eat 3 hours before closing (who knows if this was done even before then) why advertise to be open, mayswell just have a takeaway window.

Brilliant prices and products. Shame about the service. Staff are slow and clearly can't be bothered, too busy on their phone, too miserable to break a smile, make eye contact, or have basic product knowledge and people skills.

Dunkin coffee is always my go to. Went in today around 2pm on a Sunday. Only 1 guy working absolutely rushed off his feet. Apologising for drinks taking a while longer Such a great guy and deserves someone else helping him. He kept super friendly and apologetic throughout.

Placed an order through deliveroo and got a call from them a couple of minutes later telling me that I shouldn’t be ordering the same 6 donuts in one box. The manager working on the 25/11/22 accused me of ordering 45 donuts and that I should ring the day before for big orders( I have NEVER ordered 45 donuts). After explaining my self that I only ordered 6 in one box they then realised it wasn’t me but still repeated about the 45 donuts situation and said “luckily we have them donuts available”. I’m sorry but ?????

I just wish to complain regards Dunkin experience I had at manchster deansgate branch around 10:48 am Tuesday January 18 The staff memebr of that shift is not in the counter and it’s second time I visit the branch were the same staff (guy) is not in the counter hiding somewhere inside and need to shout to get him. Also he refused to gave me a tab water although I’ve requested an order of doughnut and coffee The same guy covering the shift when I visited today in branch was covering the shift when I came few days ago and was also not in the counter

Everyone here is always incredibly friendly and helpful. The drinks are tasty and a great price as well. 😊

Went in with my children for the first time. Staff were really friendly especially and chatted away with kids about their choice of Donut. Thanks for making it an enjoyable experience.

Excellent coffee, always an enjoyable cup. Staff are friendly and keen to help. Only downside is the shop itself is very small inside and can feel cramped when busy.

I love the one at Manchester Fort however this branch is something else the last two times I’ve got it my drinks haven’t even been blended properly. Wouldn’t recommend this particular store go to the Manchester Fort store the staff are friendly and they make the drinks really good 😋
