Old school venue with plenty of character, a good sound system, decent beers selection and laid back atmosphere. A really good night, a pleasant surprise. I'm going back!

I love this venue, its amazing!!! Michela and her staff are friendly and accommodating. I booked my wedding here. It was totally amazing, really well priced and the drinks were super cheap :) They have a stage, sound system and brilliant outdoor space. It's the best place to run a night, hold a birthday party or any event :)

Really lovely venue with a great atmosphere. It's got a wide range of events running that are suited to people of all ages and interests as well as a great garden for sitting in with a drink. Membership is required for buying drinking I believe, but it's only £20ish for the year and it helps maintain a great community centre.

Great community venture. Brilliant garden area (doubles as beer garden). Full size snooker table. Footy shown on projector. Clubs nights. Events. You name it. Really good selections of beers/ales and at a decent price point. Well worth the membership fee even though I can't get down that often.

Went for Rummage on the Range, car boot sale. Fab. Spent £20 n got loads of goodies, including a boo hoo dress, green glass vase, very unusual ceramic man sleeping, but wrapped to look like a shell, bathroom cabinet, few other bits n bobs. We'll worth a visit. Last Saturday of every month ❤️

Unpretentious place that has great club nights. The drinks are reasonably priced too, which is always refreshing.

Great with or without the kids! Large beer garden (bring your own camp chairs or picnic blanket on a busy sunny day and you can pitch up in the grass when the tables are taken). Welcoming staff and cheap beers. Definitely worth getting a membership

The Carlton Club is an old-school social club, carefully converted into a unique bar and performance space. It's in a beautiful part of Manchester and operates a varied schedule of events and gigs. The bar is well-stocked and on certain days, the Hip Hop Chip Shop sets up outside to serve food. Definitely worth a visit!

Went for a poetry/painting combo night, great place, superb atmos and friendly staff. The temptation to stay a bit later and get very drunk was difficult to resist.

Regular attendee at this local club. Great staff, mega fun nights out, £15 prosecco, fish and chips and and massive field for the kids to play on. What's not to love?

Went for bonfire night. Started later than advertising, and the event felt vastly over subscribed. 40 mins trying to get food as people stepped over one another. That being said the display was good

Good community facility with great Blues and Jazz nights monthly on Sundays . Usually three cask beers on, prices on high side but sometimes have special offer beer. Outdoor drinking area. No obvious disabled access.

A lovely venue situated in its own grounds. Families welcome. Food and drinks available as is membership if you so wish. Boasts an outdoor garden and play area which is great for kids. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Community based venue with so many amazing features... Lovely big outside garden space, which accommodates kids beautifully. Spacious bar, dance floor, stage area... Brilliant, love it!! With the most friendliest of staff who are attentive and approachable, this place, even on first visit, could quickly become a favourite for my friends and me ❤️👏🏼❤️

Lovely people, great vibe and class music. Couldn't have asked for me. I went to the event, one tree island - I'd recommend to anyone.

This is a nice place to have a drink and listen to live music. It was a jazz trio on the Sunday night I went. Also, a lovely green space outside with benches for when the weather's nice. You've also a chance of seeing Manchester music genius Jim Noir popping in for a pint. Recommended.

Very busy with womens football match shown on TV outside. Staff very organised to move seating back inside for an excellent Jazz Show after the game finished.

I really don't want to tell you about this Club. I really don't. I want to keep it to myself. The snooker tables, the live music and acts, the craft beers, the friendly staff, the cosy outdoor area, the Hip Hop Chip Shop, the secret location in suburbia. So I won't.

Can only give this place 5 stars. Brilliant staff. Wonderful beer garden. Excellent beers. Dog friendly to top it off.

Nice outdoor space, which is good when the sun is out. But the inside is a bit grim. Not my kind of place. No food served either.

Great vibe from this old palace of a venue. Often have acts on, there's always a pleasant mix of young and old here. Also nice to have use of a pool table.

Great venue in a strange sub-urban mansion. Pick the right night and you'll have an absolute blast.

Nice place, been here a few times and had 1 or 2 parties over the years. It had a lot of rude an ignorant people in there for the fireworks display. Other than the select few people that are there, this is a good place to have a drink.

Martin, Chris and CC team. Wanted to say a HUGE *Thanku* to u all for our fab Polish Klub Reunion at CC yest (Boxing Day 2022) - 50 of us turned up. And it worked out *brilliantly!* - using the main room and dancefloor (footie screened in Green Room; other regulars at Pool Table area) - worked out sweet. 🤩 Whalley Ranger Dave also made us feel very welcome, going out of his way to meet our needs - thanx, Dave! All just shows how wonderfully diverse and accommodating the CC is - that there were three different groups of patrons all able to enjoy being in the club. Pls pass compliments to fantastic bar staff! And c u all again! Polish Pete xx

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
