We
enjoyed
our
stay
at
the
City
Suites
Two,
the
reception
staff
was
great,
our
apartment
was
clean,
well-equipped
and
pleasant
and
we
would
definitely
recommend
this
place.
However,
we
had
a
dreadful
experience
for
breakfast
and
with
the
parking,
due
to
very
poor
service.
Breakfast:
we
were
left
waiting
by
the
ebtrance
with
dew
other
couples
for
over
20
minutes.
Staff
were
passing
in
front
of
us,
without
even
acknowledging
us.
This
was
despite
a
number
of
tables
being
available
and
in
all
honesty,
I've
never
experienced
anything
similar.
When
I
eventually
asked
if
this
was
normal,
a
very
rude
waiter
didn’t
even
apologise.
The
breakfast
was
ok:
I
ordered
a
full
English
vegan
breakfast
which
came
with
with
sausages
made
with
potatoes
and
peas.
This
again
was
disappointing
as
nowadays
you
would
expect
protein
based
sausages
rather
than
a
carbs
based
ones!
The
other
issue
we
had
was
with
the
parking.
We
paid
at
the
reception
for
the
overnight
parking
and
we
were
told
that
someone
would've
been
at
the
barrier
to
let
us
go
out.
The
car
park
is
conveniently
located
just
outside
the
premises
but
when
we
arrived
at
the
barrier,
therevwss
nobody
waiting
for
us.
As
we
had
no
reception
in
the
car
park,
my
husband
had
to
go
outside
to
ring
the
reception.
It
took
3
attempts
for
someone
to
answer
and
then
eventually
for
someone
to
come
to
let
us
out.
The
guy
that
came
out
again
didn’t
even
acknowledged
the
fact
that
at
this
point
we
have
been
waiting
for
over
20
minutes.
No
apologies
were
given
too
which
was
disappointing
and
frustrating
as
staff
at
the
reception
were
pleasant
and
professional.
