We stay in this hotel for 2 night. Staff was welcoming and helpful. All come to around £200 with breakfast included. Apartnem was nice and clean. Bathroom shower is to die for. Is nice the hotel have swimming pool with steam room. Things we didnt like about this hotel is that they dont have any informations about parking, about food like for example where you have to go for breakfast, what time , no information about how control temperature in room. You have to ask basically for everything. I wish they have some book where is everything you need to know. Also not the best the restaurant is not in same bilding. Overall we where enjoyed staying in this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the City Suites Two, the reception staff was great, our apartment was clean, well-equipped and pleasant and we would definitely recommend this place. However, we had a dreadful experience for breakfast and with the parking, due to very poor service. Breakfast: we were left waiting by the ebtrance with dew other couples for over 20 minutes. Staff were passing in front of us, without even acknowledging us. This was despite a number of tables being available and in all honesty, I've never experienced anything similar. When I eventually asked if this was normal, a very rude waiter didn’t even apologise. The breakfast was ok: I ordered a full English vegan breakfast which came with with sausages made with potatoes and peas. This again was disappointing as nowadays you would expect protein based sausages rather than a carbs based ones! The other issue we had was with the parking. We paid at the reception for the overnight parking and we were told that someone would've been at the barrier to let us go out. The car park is conveniently located just outside the premises but when we arrived at the barrier, therevwss nobody waiting for us. As we had no reception in the car park, my husband had to go outside to ring the reception. It took 3 attempts for someone to answer and then eventually for someone to come to let us out. The guy that came out again didn’t even acknowledged the fact that at this point we have been waiting for over 20 minutes. No apologies were given too which was disappointing and frustrating as staff at the reception were pleasant and professional.

Second year running, always a great place to stay. Quiet rooms and awesome facilities including swimming pool and Jacuzzi and Sauna always a welcome sight at the end of a busy day!

So handy for everything, rooms are immaculate, staff are friendly and helpful. It has an air of quality about it! The steam room wasn't working great when we visited, but the hot tub thingy and the pool were lovely. Oh, breakfast was fab, too.

CitySuites is the definition of a luxurious aparthotel. It just ticks all the boxes when looking for a place to stay which is modern, well-designed, clean and cosy. Our room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable we wanted to stay in all day! I'm also extremely pleased with the fantastic gym & pool area - you can definitely spend a whole day enjoying those, as well as the steam room and jacuzzi. Overall, we had an amazing stay and are already looking forward to visiting again soon.

Loved our stay here. Concierge was friendly and so helpful. The room was so spacious and is modern throughout. The bathroom was beautiful. Having the fridge and kitchenette was perfect, especially with Sainsbury being right across the road. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The steam room was so relaxing. Only issue we had was that the description for the room says “king size suite” and a king size bed in the uk is considered to be a queen size for us in Canada. Only a 10 minute walk to the Arndale and great restaurants within that distance. Will definitely be booking again.

Location is second to none. Parking literally next door and a little Sainsbury's. The cafe is decent. You're a stone's throw from all that central manchester has to offer. It's a perfect blend of Hotel and apartment. Rooms are modern and clean, kitchenette more than ample. The pool was a bonus with the kids to burn some time. Loved it and will be using again. Thanks

I really liked the hotel, and the pool, steam room and jacuzzi were really nice, clean and functional. The room was great, plenty big enough and well-equipped. It is a shame that the bed was, for us, extremely uncomfortable, although the bedding and pillows were good. Upon leaving we encountered a slightly convaluted and embarrassing process at the car park, whereby the expected contact was nowhere to be seen at the barrier, leaving us to block the exit and build up a queue of cars behind us. Overall a pleasant stay though.

Lovely room - very clean, spacious and lots of great facilities. Easy access for parking. Friendly staff. Good value for my stay in January (discounted rate with breakfast included). Would use this again.

I am disappointed by the lack of hospitality I experienced. Management was inflexible and unwilling to work with me to process a refund for an extraordinary situation outside of my control. (2023 UK railway workers strike.) As I explained, I am unable to travel to the hotel in Manchester on May 12 from London by rail as originally planned (again, due to the worker's strike shutting down rail transport across the country) AND be able to attend a friend's wedding on time. I made my reservation six months ago in October 2022, and requested a refund 10 days before check-in- I don't believe I'm leaving the hotel "in the lurch." I cannot comment on the quality of the hotel and rooms, but management has shown no compassion for my situation. This situation between transit and hotel has been especially challenging to navigate coming from the USA, all in the hopes of adjusting my plans to make my friend's wedding. CitySuites II is not making it any easier. The hotel offered to shift dates, but this is of no use to me since my friend's wedding date is of course set in stone.

Nothing to say, just perfect. Location is super (200m from station, near cathedral and city center), apartments are big and clean (if you want to cook in, all is there), services are top (very well equipped gym and big swimming pool) and breakfast serving express made food. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend City Suites II to any travelers. I booked in October 2022 for a summer 2023 wedding. Was shocked by the UK rail strike which of course ruined our original plan. CitySuites team was inflexible and unwilling to work with us about a situation far outside our control. We gave as much notice as possible and were open to work on creative solutions as we struggled to put together new travel plans to get to a wedding. It’s not worth booking with them due to this attitude. Really disappointing.

Great rooms, nice swimmingpool, delicious breakfast with great and friendly service. Parking litterally nextdoor. Price is more than correct for what you're getting. We'll keep using these suites whenever we come to Manchester.

We had a lovely stay here. Nice clean apartments on a quiet road. We found a car park just a few minutes walk down, the rate was £7 for 24hours. Swimming pool with jacuzzi and a steam room, never too busy which was fab as we felt comfortable using these facilities during our stay. The night receptionist in particular was superb. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

On the surface it looks fancy but scratch beneath the surface this place isnt great. Toilet brush dirty on arrival, stains on the furniture, the walls were marked, the bath was chipped. You pay a £100 deposit for if you damange the room, given the state of my room it felt as though they're setting you up to not get it back. I did try the pool and hot tub, the pool is of a decent length, the hot tub was more a luke warm tub with mininal bubbles... Not impressed and wont be styaing again.

This has been has been our 1st home in the UK. We enjoyed our stay for the last 6 weeks. With friendly staff , good and neat rooms and very close proximity to City centre - couldn't have asked for more. Would like to specially mention Sophia ( at the reception), she really welcomed us in the night of 1st Oct and single handedly managed / transported our luggage from suites I to II. Would like to appreciate and Thank her. This place will always remain close to us and would look forward to come back sometime.

Perfect location for a concert at AO, with use of the recommended car park. Little Sainsbury local next door. Breakfast served next door at CitySuites one, quite a busy breakfast room so would need to go early if in a rush, but staff and food couldn't be faulted. 2 min walk to Manchester Cathedral, 10 min walk to Arndale centre / town, possibly slightly less. Pool facilities were beautiful, staff incredibly helpful.

Extremely clean quiet and spacious. The only down side was the fact that they don't offer spa robes just slippers. Will definitely be back.

Friendly warm welcome to a stylish place apart-hotel. Great area on reception floor to work or read a book and the room was so spacious. Amazing bed, sofa, fully equipped kitchen and power shower. The pool and steam room are wonderful and the best breakfast ever next door at Embankment (in CitySuites I and a one minute walk away). Also a good place for a happy hour cocktail. Everyone was so lovely and friendly and really enjoyed the stay and highly recommend. .

This hotel was in the perfect location for us just down the road from the arndale and the AO arena. The rooms are lovley roomy apartments with everything you could need for cooking. They looked brand new. There was also use of the pool and on site restaurants which we didn't visit. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Stayed here for a friend's 30th,had 3 apartments and couldn't fault any of them. Lovely and clean upon arrival, easy check. Reception were friendly and helpful. Great location for city centre. Pool and gym facilities. Nice big bathroom. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, kettle toaster, hairdryer and coffee machine... Couldn't ask for more. Bed was a little a firm.
