    Sunday, 3 December 2023 Do not order delivery from this place. I ordered a 1 for 1 personal pizza through foodpanda at 8:42pm. Waited and waited. 1 hour and 30 mins passed and I called the number 5-6 times. No answer. I waited awhile and called again at 10:10pm. Finally a male worker picked up. I asked him for the update because I made the order at 8:42pm and until now the app still says that it is still preparing. He told me that they only have 1 rider and the foodpanda app is not linked with their delivery services which is why I don’t see any updates on the app itself. I asked him “well how long will it take?” And he told me the rider left 8-10 mins ago. He told me he might be sending an order to someplace else before heading over to send my order to me. I said ok and we ended the call. Making me panic you know and questioning myself if whether or not the food will even come and I paid $20 for nothing. The order finally arrived at 10:20pm. Opened the two boxes of pizzas and checked that they were correct. However, it was so damn bloody cold. So damn obvious that it has been sitting for so long already. Seriously? I’m very mature when it comes to things like this and I am patient enough not to scold the staff on the phone just now due to my frustration. But is it fair? For the customer to get treated like this? So my question is is it I’m supposed to wait and wait and wait here hungry like an idiot? I understand if they lack manpower. And it’s not easy. But it is pathetic that even knowing that they lack manpower, they still provide delivery services. It’s so brainless. You know you don’t have enough staff to do the job properly then why still offer??? I’m not asking the whole damn place to close down (but I think it should), but at least stop providing delivery services la if you are unable to meet the demand. Wah really cannot tahan. People so tired and hungry just to come home and face things like this. Go and sort yourselves out la serious. And don’t reply to this review with the standard “sorry to hear”, “please send us an email” blah blah blah. No need la just save it. This is for all the people to see and it is my honest opinion.

    Ordered for 2 personal pizzas from this outlet to be scheduled to a friend. They were to arrive between 6.45-7pm. 1. Order arrived well after 40 minutes, uninformed. 2. Pizzas were cold, rider did not update. 3. BOTH pizzas were wrong. 4. I couldnt get through the hotline till about 7.45pm. The best part after waiting so long? The woman suggested an EXCHANGE, which meant another 30 mins wait (if we were lucky). I had clear images of the wrong order, but yet she said she needs ‘to investigate’. The wrong ordered pizzas looked rushed. Its disappointing because she overlooked the ridiculously long time customers had to wait - and I actually made the order early.

    Ordered from dominos delivery. Food was alright. Had the seasonal bonito chicken pizza. Honey chicken was succulent too and the breadstick was soft and flavourful. Just that this is the second time I had ordered from delivery and I got my food 1.5hr late. Only delivered when I made a call to the shop. The staff apologised and promised to provide a bottle of coke and pizza voucher as an apology. Guess they forgot to put those in too. 30mins guarantee maybe not applicable to Singapore. Super disappointed with what happened.

    Great food and service was good but it could be improved. Overall not so bad attitude from my side. I think they are understaffed and hope the management could add more manpower.

    I placed an order at around 2015hrs. I have checked time and time again, but it still shows that my order is being prepared - as of 2120hrs. It’s already too late for dinner and my family and I would prefer to look for alternative dinner options. Tried calling the customer service hotline but it was an automated message which did not help at all. I tried calling the Sembawang Dominos Pizza Branch 6-7 times over 15 minutes but there was no answer at all. Checked the live pizza tracker at 2230hrs and 2300hrs, and it still shows that the order is being prepared. Finally, at 2330hrs, the live pizza tracker asked me to rate my order, which seems to suggest that the pizzas have been delivered (which is not the case at all. 1) Pizzas not delivered. Had to wait a whole hour for a pizza that never came. Had to look for alternative dinner options at 9.30pm, when most of the F&B places have already closed. 2) Conned of my money. Took my $50+ when they failed to deliver my order which I PAID FOR. Did not even have the courtesy to call or message me that my order’s delayed or cancelled. Simply disappointing. Think twice before ordering from Dominos. Edit: Got prompted by Dominos to write in via email (which I already did). In fact, I already written in 5-6 times. But no response. No refund. What a scam.

    Ordered a pizza for delivery at 9pm. Meant to be dinner after a long and hungry day. At 9.35, it shows that the order is ready in order. But as of 10.30+pm, it hasn't left the store. Tried calling through to the number x 4-5 times but no pick up. As I begin to leave my house to make the 30+ min Trip down to collect the order myself since I'm hungry and desperate to just sleep after dinner, I receive a call from the store to tell me there's no delivery riders, they can't deliver the order, they want to close the store soon, could I please cancel the order. I agree to cancel the order. I'm told I may get a refund in 7 days, though the system may have issues. Overall, a sad hungry and tiring night. A bit disappointing. Would have made things a lot better if they just told me early that there's nobody to deliver the pizza. Instead it was a fruitless 2 hour wait, when I could have just found something else to eat, then slept.

    I ordered these pizzas via foodpanda. Dominoes use their own rider for delivery. I ordered at 5.15pm and called their outlet at 6.45ish pm to check on the delivery. The staff said rider on the way. Fine. I waited till 7.30ish pm and called again. This time staff said pizzas have already been delivered. I checked outside and no pizza. The staff said rider sent at about 5.45pm. I said i dont see any pizzas and if you send, i would know because we open the door and my father was outside (living room). I was really upset because $50 is not a small amount and where the hell is my pizzas that the staff really insisted the rider had sent. Long story short, he left me feeling helpless. Ive paid $50 for pizzas that didnt reach me. At about 7.55pm, my 6th floor neighbour went to my place to give me the pizzas. It turned out that their rider ( who cannot be making any mistakes) made the wrong delivery. My address is 5th floor and he sent it to my 6th floor neighbour. She went out for dinner and only saw the pizzas when they came back. My pizzas are now cold. The worst was when I was made to feel helpless because there is no way they could make any mistakes in delivering my order. I tried to call their outlet 3 times after that, no one answered. I love Dominoes. But please… perhaps order from another outlet.

    Do not order from this outlet. Very bad service with no one picking up the phone. Can’t even track my order and waited blindly for hours. Ordered and scheduled my order from FoodPanda since 5pm. After multiple calls, finally someone picked up and said they lack manpower. Note to management: I understand if there is a lack of manpower, but please do not onboard with other delivery platforms in the first place especially if your staffs are incapable of handling multiple deliveries. Very disappointing service and bad management. Order was finally delivered at 8:30pm. Needless to say, food was cold and subpar.
