Overall, the customer service was great. The staff were extremely helpful with offering advice and giving detailed instructions on procedures like grooming and diet. This is definitely a place to go to for new cat owners. The shop's cat, Thor, was also delightful and inviting. Prices are also quite fair, especially for members.
