Hmm.. went to the shop without reading any reviews. After reading, almost all of the reviews were precise. Husband and I came in with the intention of buying. Both of us had zero clue with regards to helmet as we were attracted by the google upload after we searched for "helmet for 2b students". Came in, customer service rabak. Ask about the types of helmet for learner's package, he pointed "this. This." And off he go. We couldn't ask about anything in particular as he was busy doing his stuff. But on the bright side... Everything changed once we told him that we're getting 2 sets of the $99 Learner's package. Service was superb thereafter. He became extremely friendly and gave us encouragement, not to quit as we just spent $198 and it's a big deal. Thank you! :) Please be informed that Gloves given were the total opposites, unlike the picture uploaded via their website. Should just upload the intended gloves instead. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Despite all the bad reviews, me & my partner decided to give it a go but totally regretted it! The service was terrible. The staff didn't welcome us or offer any help but instead, he was either busy playing with his phone or looking at the stocks. We asked a few question pertaining to the helmets on the display but he doesn't bother to assist us further. To cut it short, the staff attitude changes once we informed him that we decided to make our purchases. He became friendlier 🙄 So i guess, it's based on either you are a potential buyer or just a window shopper!

Was a little skeptical after seeing the 1-star reviews about the bad customer service. However, the salesman was helpful in showing the different helmets available for the 14k Gold Learners Package. Allowed me to try the different helmets for the package w/ different sizes, made sure that I tried on the new helmet and gloves before proceeding to payment. Lastly, wished all the best for my 2B Course.

Bought raincoat at this shop. I only saw 1 staff just sitting down doing nothing. He knew someone walks in but dont even bother to serve customer. When asked him Q and A. Still continued sitting there from far. And also still continued sitting down collecting $$$ and said thank you only. Is he excused from walking to serve? What kind of customer service attitude is this? I not going to this shop again.

Not recommended, shop owner dishonest and bad customer service / attitude. Inflate his price up a few times for newbie. Best to avoid such shop.

Chance upon this seller in FB and purchased two helmets and a few bottles of OE from their website. From purchase to pickup at their store (Sembawang), everything was seamless and pleasant. The gentleman in the store was friendly and it was nice of him to thank me by my good name. Recommended!

The guy that was working the weekend I visited seemed just bothered when I entered the shop. He was more interested watching his mobile than to sell any helmets, so I left and went to another shop instead.

I have been here a couple of times buying raincoats, helmets or other accessories. I find this place convenient and the prices are reasonable. The brother was friendly, suggestive and gave tips also.
