We ate here yesterday june 26. I got a very bad service. I ordered bulk order in the counter they don't know how to jolli assist. The manager she do nothing I expect ahe call someone to assist. this branch not recommend

few employees and the place is obviously undermanaged. Also, there's usually no guards to keep the beggars out

Ordered thru Jollibee App. App says delivered in 30 mins. we got our order after almost 2.5hours. No prior advice whatsoever. contact numbers not updated as well. Physically went to the store. Management refunded our payment (we returned all ordered meal). Management did not allow us to have the voucher claimed meal together with our delivery nor replace the voucher nor provide any consolation despite all the hassle! By the way, the store had no parking for cars as far as i can recall. Jollibee after sales customer care is not good.

the food is as expected of jollibee, delicious and still hot. HOWEVER.. the atmosphere is poor. kids go inside and ask for money, they also use the location to sleep. and very clearly needs to be renovated.

The food is actually just reheated from yesterday. And it was really slow I’ve been waiting for almost 30 mins just for the chicken and fries then it was just reheated.

Takes forever to arrive, even blaming us for it. Worst part is, they even got the order wrong. What a complete let down. Na badtrip nalang kaming lahat.

I ordered a 6 pc chicken bucket (spicy) and the one that was delivered to me wasn’t spicy at all! I already reported this to GrabFood but they weren’t helpful and just wanted to refund PHP 5.00 !!!! This is the worst service I’ve received ever in my life, all I wanted was to be given the right food that I ordered!

My workmates and I used to eat here for dinner and sometimes lunch. After OT, we'll have our dinner here and talk 'til midnight. Even if it's already dinner, their food still tastes fresh and the place looks spacious with less people inside which is good, for me.
