Four of us stopped by just before closing time while we were passing through Kandy. We were welcomed with open arms by the owner, who then presented us with a variety of delicious rice and curries. The chicken curry, jackfruit curry, mango curry, long beans, coconut sambal, some dhal, and papadum were among the dishes we ate. Due of our love of spicy food (we are originally from Germany), we also requested some fried chillies. We highly recommend the dinner because it was quite amazing. It was delicious to us. We received more rice and curry from the nice owner, who was quite accommodating. He also frequently asked us, if there was anything else we needed or if we wanted another serving of the rice or the meals. Thank you for the excellent service!

Today we stopped at this shop to eat on our way back from Siripade. The food was really tasty. We found the food and customer service 100%, to be honest, we were very hungry, and by the time we prepared the food, the hunger disappeared after talking with us. For local and foreign people, really end their hunger. You can eat until you grow up for a very reasonable amount. Just go to the shop whenever you go this way and see if what I am saying is true or false. THANK YOU

This is one of the best places that you can have a truly delicious breakfast. They provide rice and curry and it tastes like homemade. No artificial stuff used. The owner is so friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. He also makes sure that you get full. He even provided us the details on locations to visit and routes to take. After having a heavy dinner with all kinds of fried rice and kottu, we need a pure breakfast with less fat and artificial stuff. So we tried combing the whole Matale town for such a place and were really glad that we found this place. There is manageable parking space. Vegetarian options are also available. And really value for the money you pay. Highly recommended this place for a healthy and light meal.
