Avoid staying at this place. First thing this is not at all a resort. I wanted to stay at this place and by seeing the condition of the hotel dropped my plan and immediately vacated the hotel. The lady speaks well in good manner. Has nice view but this not worth staying for. There wont be any restaurant, they will bring food from outside. Rooms are not clean. Space constriction. TV and AC wont work. Hardly any one of the room will be occupied at a time. Surrounding area will be dusty, no mobile signal and no proper transportation. If you want stay for a day at annavaram my suggestion would be book a room in temple cottages or else you can get better hotels below the hill.

It's better to avoid this resort as there is no proper maintenance but near by dam view is the saving grace

Do not visit, no maintenance ACs doesn't work well, lizards in bathrooms, doesn't even sweep the rooms fully suffocating, Please do avoid... My reply to your response: 1. I stayed less than 24 hrs, 10 pm to next day 12 am. 2. No where in your response you never tried to address issue about a. untidy bathrooms b. Not sweeping of rooms c. Lizards d. No maintenance e. Even if you change the room please do check AC it's dust and spider webs in AC I am sure it was not cleaned from 1 or 2 years ...that air is too toxic for breathing. I leave rest to the people who want to stay and be happy And you are more concerned on water bottle and the cost you charge for room is too hefty how do you justify with all these drawbacks.

Please don't select this resort, it is horrible and not clean at all. Children must be avoided at any cost.

This Abhay hotel and restaurant is located on the banks river Pampa at the foothills of Ratnagiri where Lord Sree Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamy temple is present on the hilltop. One can enjoy the scenic beauty of the river Pampa which surrounded by hills on three sides. This Abhay hotel and restaurant is pleasant river side place to stay.

Better don't go here... Charged. 200 per head for lunch the worst ever rice aren't cooked well ....least taste ....better choose other hotels nearby

Good location, but due to closure for one year during pandemic. It was not maintained well. They have opened the rooms and close the restaurant. Cost are higher for the current ambiance. Due to the location it will be difficult unless you have own vehicle.

Bad beds and bathrooms. Do not opt for a sea side view room and waste money. Glasses are however tinted and nothing is visible well. You can just walk outside the room and view the sea. Quality of beds are bad in some rooms. You can feel the mattress springs. Broken taps too in washroom. 2100 for a non sea side room and 2500 for a sea side room. Not worth for money!

Nothing is available, everytime electricity was down for two to three hours and no restaurant near by.. not a place to stay

Hotel owner aunty is a decoit Food cost is high, not worthy for money Water bottle mrp 20rs + aunty tax 10rs total 30rs

Worst Rooms, i have booked room online when I was ch in time i have seen the room and shocked very small size rooms then I asked to return my booking amount Rs.2100 he said that we don't give single rupee and rude behaviour So friend pls don't book rooms in this resort , waste of money and no neat ness and also very old property , AC and Non AC rooms available at Annavaram Devasthanam At CRO office they charged Rs.950 , Rooms are good and clean and very spacious Location also super .

Delicious, clean and neat hospatality, Pakka Brahmin food. This restaurant is on the way to the temple. We don't have any resturants on the Temple premises. They have ac and non AC rooms available.

Location and view is scenic. Timely response by staff.

Without any doubt you can enjoy the Tasty food. Location wise excellent and you can enjoy great views of River Pampa.

Awesome experience with great food. The lake view is very good and the recipes served during our lunch are a must try.

Due to COVID room occupancy may be affected. Small maintenance required. Which I think will be taken care of. Restaurant was not open / functioning ( Informed by the staff at the time of booking ) Staff are very courteous and helpful. View of river is super.

Amazing staff, the rooms are good and the view is fabulous. Never hesitate to book a room here. They take an extra support for any help.

Nice view, great hospitality. Can be better place, but need lot of development. Could not had restaurant inside the resort. Good place, but poorly maintained. Can be improved more to attract tourists.
