My room door was fully open, when I come back after 5 hours at night. The response was not cooperative, rather offensive. Again after a gap of half an hour he himself came to convince me. But all the 5 hours what he and his staff were doing without observing CC TV and why they didn't call me if doir is found open?

Stayed here for a night during family visit to Annavaram , Rooms are very clean and washrooms are hygienic. AC is effectual but No amenities are provided we need to carry our or can be purchased at shop below , TV didn't work properly , there was no restaurant in hotel we had to visit near by places . Overall stay is very comfortable and good ..!!

Rooms and corridors are well maintained and clean. WiFi available, checkout time is at 3 PM which is the major drawback for the piligrims. Not enough space for covered parking under the building. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and as shown in the photos, scenic beauties in the early mornings with fog and dew from some of the rooms are an added advantage for the nature lovers..

I am very happy with the room and service...The environment is sooo good and I feel like a home to stay there for 4 days..

Spacious rooms, supportive staff and Best location to stay at the heart of Annavaram. Hotel is right at the feet of Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamy temple at Ratnagiri Hill. Special mention to reception staff and room boy Pandu were very helpful while checking In and check out.

1 year back, booked the room over phone - made half payment in advance and half payment while checking-in This year, I called the person and said no booking over phone and gave website details for booking. Full payment need to be done in advance. Also, please note that the rooms booked through website has no cancellation. Rooms are not that great. Not hygenic and the A/C is not comfortable. The switch for hot water is not in our control. The receptionist has the control for it. Had issues with the parking of my car. Lesson learnt - There are better places in Annavaram for stay than this particular place. So, you can always book the room walking-in to the place rather than doing advanced room booking.

1. Neat and clean rooms and bathrooms with basic amenities. 2. Great location just off the highway and right at entrance of temple. 3. Safe indoor parking available. 4. No food in hotel but order from nearby places can be delivered by room service. 5. The staff speaks only Telugu and the service/ response is average. 6. The manager is the only one who speaks English and is very helpful.

Don't trust scripted reviews, I visited maximum hotles at annavaram but sal is grate at maintnance and peaceful stay

A very clean and very pleasant hotel, which fortunately has everything in the room (AC, geyser, TV ), washrooms are well maintained and spacious balcony which has a great temple view. The staff is extremely friendly and competent, and the overnight rates are moderate. It's a very good hotel, that must have evolved from an European style French balcony. Hotel is located right opposite to the temple road . In a nutshell: the hotel is definitely recommended.

This place is conveniently located right in-front of the temple entrance (not on the hill). The rooms are very clean and staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay @ SAL Residency. Especially Mani was very guiding and helpful in providing us good service. Rooms were well maintained including Bathrooms. Perfect location opposite to Temple main entrance easy to reach temple. I strongly recommend this place for stay if your visiting Annavaram temple

Happy to get such a clean and well maintained accommodation at a reasonable price. During Covid they sanitized room well, maintained washrooms are in good condition too. In Annavaram I would say their standard is far better than other lodges. Just few steps away for the hill entrance. The manager took care of all things and ensured all requests are fulfilled with care.

Great place to stay. Staff is really good and helpful in each aspect. The service is very good. Would highly recommend to family and friends
