The quality of the food was exceptional, and we truly enjoyed every bite. One of the highlights of our stay was the water park and rain dance activities. Our Kids had an absolute blast, and we were thrilled to see them so happy and engaged. The water park was well-maintained and had a great selection of slides and pools, providing endless hours of fun and excitement. The location is perfect with the sea beach scenery. Accommodation, swimming pool and kids play ground are fine but it lacks regular cleanliness and minor accessories (ex: slippers, sufficient drinking water etc). The beautiful design of the resort is fantastic and it looks great at night. We enjoyed the moments there. However there is urgent need to address the attitude and behaviour of the staffs specially those dealing at the counter. They are arrogant and less hospitable and therefore they need professional hospitality trainings.

It's awesome. You don't need to walk long steps to experience the wave, rather wave will reach to you in high tide. You can the sea sound lying on your bed. You can enjoy a luxurious vacation with your family and friends. Now coming to the property. This is quite large property with children play area, garden and swimming pool. A separate portion is there for children in the pool. This resort is on the main road, so no worries about the narrow lane driving. Ample car parking are there. Food was awesome with reasonable price. All foods were quite tasty, but I want to specifically mention about the Hilsha which I tried here. It was a jumbo size with awesome taste. Rooms are ample spacious with all required ameneties. Adjacent balcony is there with all rooms, where from you can enjoy the sea views. Bathroom was very big size with luxury quality. Behavior of the stuffs were very kind and polite. And of-course, this property is not for those who looks for "cheap and best".

Wonderful pool area. Rooms are also good new and proper furnished but small in size. Rooms with a rate around 5600 rs should be a bit bigger in size. Food of restaurant is over priced . The evening snacks are fine but lunch menu are very over priced and the most importantly the price doesn't justify the quality they give. Rules and regulations are twisted according to management wish like outside food is not allowed but we brought some outside food which was our mistake and 3-4 people came to our room directly and started charging us for this and for that we had to give a written declaration that if anything happens to our health after having that food the restaurant was not responsible.i think it could have been handled in much more polite way . One person could have come and said that sir we don't allow outside food please don't have it or if you have brought it don't bring it from next time. Some mannerism needs to be taught. Second rule no drinks are to be served on pool side but we saw the management serving drinks to some rich kids on pool side as they were taking those drinks from them. Those boys were also having marijuana openly in the pool side but no rules were mentioned for them. I guess money can change the rules. I would request the owner to have some frequent visit at the hotel and look into this things. Not just leave everything on the hired people they will ruin your business.

Two days back, my family from Nepal visited Mandarmani Beach and wished to stay at Sonar Bangla however on the way we saw your resort that attracted us so we visited the counter desk. We were shocked to see the behavior of the staff including the manager who inquired about us as if we were suspects of the crime. They asked for the passport and adhar card even for small children. We provided id cards which the tall fair white person in white shirt unwillingly accepted with a scornful look. Another (with specs) used unpleasant words in Bangla like 'this is not a fish market'. We had a 2 night plan to stay but we decided to cut by seeing the rudeness of the staff. When we entered the room it was not properly managed, we requested for a clean. After 3 telephone and 2 physical requests the room was cleaned however the nook and corner was full of dust and dead insects. We went swimming but the pool had dead insects floating. Despite several requests there was no change. We ordered some soft drinks at the pool cite, after an hour I followed up then learnt that my drinks were cancelled without a reason. I noticed that many other customers were also in the same situation. A lady customer was arguing with the staff for a delay service. Another male was quarelling with the manager for a bottle of water. Next morning during breakfast, the toaster was not working. Had a long wait for puri. I am wondering why this is happening to such a beautiful resort? The resort has a wonderful location and beautiful look. It has good buildings, playground for kids, a nice scenic views of the beach. It gives wonderful pleasure and peace. Despite poor services we enjoyed our best. We returned happy. But I cannot understand why the management is not hiring professional staff trained for the hospitality business. The huge investment with excellent business opportunity is being ruined by the idiot counter staff and incapable manager. I request the management team to hire female staff to balance the gender sensitivity. They are more sensitive and women & children friendly.
