EXCELLENT service! I contacted them on Instagram on a Sunday and got an immediate response. The website and online store are very user friendly. The service was very prompt. I got my order delivered to my door 4 days after the order was placed. Every business place in Jamaica needs to ask Bartley's about service delivery. Hands down one of the best shopping experiences I have had.

The service was great, the staff has excellent customer service. Communication in general (call, WhatsApp & email) were all super effective and the staff sent out updates regularly on the progress of whatever you are having done. A lovely experience. I had a tour of the factory and saw the range of products produced. I was able to place orders for Mothers Day for my church. The turn around time for engraving was swift and I got exactly what I wanted. I am looking forward to many more purchases. 😊 I also loved how inclusive the factory operations were in terms of members of the deaf community who are employed there.
