Don't be too dissuaded if the water isn't clear, the river's tributary area is quite large, rain must have fallen somewhere. Nice river set up but use the restroom before you go.

Was unable to go in the water .... as rivers are closed because of Covid-19. It was a beautiful day though.

Great experience. It was nice a quiet. Not many persons were there.

Free for all, however, there is an area where the locals charge $100JMD to use the bathroom and changing hut (per use). There are also two gazebos, each costing $2,500 for use for the full day. The river is beautifully cold and refreshing. Great for pics etc. There is no parking space, patrons would just park alongside the road. The locals have a few food huts on the road and food/drink is limited. Its better to take your own provisions as its quite far from any main town.

I visited with my husband and a couple friends. The area is so beautiful and peaceful. We didn't want to leave. Warning: it's a bit tricky to navigate to move carefully while you find a spot in the river to relax in. Also the water is COLD but it feels amazing once you get used to it.

Got a great massage from the falls. Great place to hang out, just ensure you have company. It's more fun that way. Very Rocky at certain spots, but understandable so.

One of the coldest damm river you've ever been in....Camp out at Camp Auchtembeddie up on the hill near the SDA church and the walk down the hill is horrible but its worth it.....nice vybz and people... music playing (sometimes) and people enjoying themselves. not many persons know here but if you do, try spread the word.. its a nice place

Great relaxing environment with beautiful natural scenery. Rivers flow was peaceful and soothing a wonderful experience for nature lovers. Downside though was the lack of respect for nature from other users who saw it fit to leave some areas littered with garbage. Note to others, please leave area as clean or cleaner than you found it so that others may enjoy the beauty of this place.

Noisy river is a pretty cool hang out spot. We went there in the morning on a public holiday and left at about midday, when more people started to arrive. The river itself isn't as noisy as the name suggests. It was very calm with lots of shallow spots for non-swimmers and children to frolic. Good and drink vendors were present on that day, so refreshments were available. People also brought their own food. It's located alongside a roadway, so it's freely accessible to the public. I saw no changing facilities or bathrooms, in case you're wondering. In all, it was a good experience.

Learned to swim in this river as a child did my eldest child... Also the area I grew up.. Never disappoints... Beautifully clean water.. Lovely, interesting surroundings with great stories.. A wonderful place to visit and revisit...❤

Noisy River ; is situated in a community called Oxford in the north westernly area of , Manchester Jamaica . It's a very cool and nice river spot that people in and around Manchester converge up on frequently to have picknics , social get together and family time ! . Don't just take it from me ; visit and enjoy the natural sceneries 👌🏾👍🏾

Good place to get away from the busy....

Parking was little hard and leave afterwards was hard since the road was narrow. The river was worth though, nice and cool, there was enough space that wasn't too close to someone else

Cool and relaxing in the hills of Manchester. Beautifully kept and the rhythmic noise of the river accentuates those few moments of sitting, sharing and laughing. I Hope it doesnt become too crowded.
