Service was great and the area is beautiful

The food, the time it took to get my food is what keeps me coming again and again. If you have trouble finding parking the security is extremely helpful. The food tastes amazing, the building looks nice inside and outside, not to mention the pizza and breadsticks. Just amazing.

Where do I even begin.... ordered almost $5000 worth of food they forgot some of my items plus what they did deliver is very cold! Called them and they said they would take the missing items all now! I ordered my food 10 minutes to 1 pm and it got here around 3:35 pm! Trying to call them back and they are not answering the phone! The worst and I do mean the worst service I’ve ever received from a Domino’s!

Worst experience I have ever been through. Ordered pizza from 7:38 pm and even when I came at 8, it wasn’t ready. At 8:30 I came back to the store only to find out that I have to wait another 15 mins. THATS CRAZY!!!!!! Go to Pizza Hut for a better service.

If you love pizza the original way, where the dough is roll from scratch toppins added and where you actually have an pizza with a thick crust. And not just an ready made pan pizza. Then its Domino's...... Buy it today heck buy it NOW...

Delivery drivers phone ran out of power so he couldn't call me, he honked instead of knocking or ringing the door bell. He was polite even though he was waiting a long time. The food was delicious.

I recently visited the one in Mandeville at the new sovereign plaza. Simone was the rep we dealt with. She was really nice and helped us pick out a pizza. We had the pan pizza which was really good. Definitely going back and hope to see Simone when we do, her service was really good and helpful.

CARD USERS BEWARE!!! I ordered a pizza using my card, and they have been charging my card continuously! Called the restaurant and they gave me no help, and was just as lost! VERY SKETCHY, if you ask me. I will not be ordering from here again, even if I have cash! The inconvenience they put me through having to contact my bank and dispute these charges is enough for me to never spend any money here again.

Called to inquire if online order was placed. Operator did not explain carefully that the meal would have taken so long.

Terrible, really mean with the toppings, if they are out of drinks they just replace with what they think you want, customer service in Kingston is terrible they lie and say someone will contact you, unless it takes a year to be contacted!

So now we have a Dominos 2.0 location, lot's of space inside, Clean! Excellent service and great tasting pizza. You can even dine in if you are in the mood. Parking might be a little challenging for the time being so have an open mind while they sort it out.

Shopped at this Caledonia Rd, Mandeville location for the first time last week. The cashier told me they have been in that building since September, having relocated from space now occupied by newly opened Wendy's next door. I ordered a takeout small cheese pizza valued at $600. The taste was dominated by sour sauce base and looks like they forgot the cheese. I didn't order any extra toppings. I've had the same order at PizzaHut and always enjoyed it without extra cheese. I've also had the same order from Domino's, Montego Bay and it tasted better. The pizza I got seemed overdone. Dunno if thats because I didnt have it right away while it was hot. Either way that red base thing was the taste that lingered. That aside, it's a spacious location, with an attractive interior design; very clean, cool. No complaints about customer service. Seems like a takeout location only. I didn't see any tables, although there's seating inside where you can wait for your pizza. My wait time was about 10 minutes. I arrived there after 4 pm. Seemed like a slow traffic period because I saw less than a handful of customers as I was there. There are Wheelchair ramps on the pavement leading to the entrance. Some construction was being done on the grounds on the day I visited.

Employees were respectful the indoors brought great lighting and a good time followed from each slice. don't sleep 😴

My son order a BBQ and got a large cheese instead when I call they are telling me he got what he order. Why would I spent $2200 for plain cheese

It is a new facility, very clean and prompt service was provided immediately.

They got the phone number wrong for delivery and had a nasty attitude when I called to check on my order as if it was my fault they had the wrong number. Absolutely terrible!!

Time isn't very effective

Worst customer service, workers were very disrespectful, were arguing with customers. No social distancing was being enforced. One worker a male even stepped outside and was being rude to the customers. The worker who was arguing with customers seemed to be pregnant. I will be contacting corporate because something needs to be done about this staff. We asked for a manager and they ignored it. I will also be reporting you guys to the ministry of health because there was around 10-12 persons in that small space.

Domino's makes it easy to get my favourite fast food. Always ready in 15 minutes you know exactly what you are dealing with no long lines and no long waiting. The staff is also very friendly.

Customer service is very poor I called to make an order and the employee taking said order was ridiculously rude

I waited 58 minutes for a promised 20. On top of that, during my long wait each time I asked about the border's readiness, I got a rude rebuke. Not a pleasant experience but I guess the staff has an excuse. (Lack of CS Training)
