property
today,
that
I
saw
on
bookings,
upon
calling
in
the
first
place
this
person
by
the
name
of
Leslie
addressed
me
by
asking,
where
I
got
his
number
from...sir
I'm
not
sure
if
you're
aware
that
once
you're
doing
business
your
information
is
on
social
media
platform.
Secondly
his
tone
of
Voice
was
very
rude
and
distasteful,
since
I'm
unable
to
eat
certain
food
(medically)
I
asked
if
there's
a
kitchenette
where
I
could
be
able
to
prepare
my
own
food
since
they
don't
provide
certain
food,
he's
going
to
ask
me
if
I
ever
hear
about
places
charging
that
amount
of
money
providing
that
service
to
guest,
again
sir
if
you
were
charging
$1
I
did
not
tell
you
how
much
money
to
charge
for
your
property
DON'T
be
rude
IT'S
either
you
provide
that
service
or
not
and
yes
there
are
properties
that
provide
that
service,
there's
quite
a
few
places
I've
been
to
that
happen
to
have
a
kitchenette
in
both
more
expensive
and
cheaper
price
hotel,
Airbnb
etc
like
yours.
Next
time
know
how
to
address
a
customer(professionally)
who
have
interest
in
your
property
as
much
as
how
we
would
like
a
nice
getaway
somewhere
you
need
us
as
well
as
we
need
you.
There's

your
distasteful
behaviour
on
things
I
asked
about
today
that
you
were
very
rude
