No matter how many supermarkets open in Mandeville, Urvills will always be the best. Staff is nice, the recent upgrade does justice. Only thing keeping them from retaining every single customer is a reward system. Overall its the most pleasant to shop in the entire town.

Urvills believes in Premier Customer Service, clean store and products, very professional, have a no nonsense leader and make sure the items is properly stocked. I can say a lot more, because I used to worked there. I had gain so much experience working at Urvills supermarket, Mr Chin allows me to grow and once you do not idle on the job and work well there is no issue. Thanks Urvills.. Small space but good friendly customer service and excellent background music. I sang while I shopped.

Spacious , clean ...elegant layout of food items .. however the parking is very limited overrun by taxis...the building needs a facelift of fresh painting.

Price is very good and good Custer care at the cashier only thing wrong is phone signals don't pick up good in the back but other than that awesome

The best Supermarket to shop at from I was fifteen I started shopping there.I know the family from back then.The changes have lend a great atmosphere in terms of space .The prices and all the food that is needed is to be found there..Location is at a convenient spot. Urville's Supermarket is usually crowded as it's a popular grocer with loyal customers who have been shopping there for many years. Although the store space appears small, you'll be able to choose from a large selection of products being offered. It opens very early in the mornings to accommodate students and the general public who can often be seen buying snacks, coffee, juice, and stationery supplies to start their day. The staff is pleasant and loyal. Most have been working at Urville's for over 10 years.

One thing I love about Urvills is their representation of their faith in God. It's written on the walls as you enter into the building, no wonder their supermarket is always packed. Nevertheless, they also have great customer service. That is from even the workers outside, to those packing your groceries.
