    Prepare to be astonished by the shocking truth about this KFC location. In all my years of dining out, I have rarely encountered such an abysmal establishment. Now, I'm not one to fuss over food service restaurants, but this particular location has managed to push me to my limits. Brace yourself for a tale of epic disappointment. Picture this: I find myself stuck in the drive-through, eagerly anticipating a quick and satisfying meal. Little did I know that I would embark on an agonizing journey lasting an entire episode of the captivating series "The Lincoln Lawyer" on Netflix. Yes, you read that right. I was trapped in that never-ending drive-through line, contemplating the mysteries of legal drama while my hunger grew increasingly unbearable. It was a test of my patience unlike any other. And that's not the only bone I have to pick with this establishment. I have some sage advice for the owner—when it comes to selling items, honesty is key. It's disheartening to witness the blatant false advertising on the menu. Every time I visit, my eyes are tantalized by the delectable offerings of Krispers, popcorn chicken, and the tantalizing BBQ zinger. Yet, time after time, day after day, they prove to be nothing more than tantalizing illusions. It's as if the universe conspires against my taste buds, denying me the pleasure of these promised delights. So here's a simple suggestion: if you don't intend to sell it, don't advertise it. It's a matter of integrity and consideration for your customers' hopes and cravings. Believe me when I say that this is not a mere rant, but a heartfelt warning to fellow food enthusiasts. Beware of this KFC location and its multitude of shortcomings. I implore you to seek out greener pastures, where customer satisfaction and honesty prevail. Spare yourself the agony of wasted time and unfulfilled cravings. Your taste buds deserve better.

    My first stop at this franchise. Waited in line outside for a good 30 minutes due to covid restrictions. Close to closing, manager came to take my order to wrap things up with a very limited menu compliment. Manager screwed up my order, I was too hungry and tired to make a fuss. Next time I will ensure I double check my order.

    My experience at KFC going through the drive through is more comfortable than standing in line. With regards of the food the chips not crispy it's cold no taste the spicy chicken not so spicy either it's like they just warm it up that all.

    Been in drive through 3 hours. Never coming back to this KFC. NEVER(NEVER) have BBQ Chicken yet. Only Spicy or Original. 😒

    If you are really hungry you can't come here. The cashiers are quick to take your money and the servers are too big to move fast enough, lot of movements but no work being done. Waited one and a half hour after cashing to receive my food. Kids became restless.

    Been standing in line with about 30 other people for almost an hour. They stopped taking orders for over twenty minutes. No one is getting what they paid for. Looks like they don't have enough food cooked to supply the orders. I've never seen such poor operational performance. People in the drive through are getting out of their cars because they're sick of waiting. This restaurant is nearly full of people waiting for their orders and you hardly see anyone walking out of here with food. This is crazy. I can see several employees in back just chatting. The food warmers and almost empty. Someone has seriously failed to manage this place.

    It's 10:30 and one of the biggest franchise in the world is still closed due to employees running late to work!? 😵‍💫 The line up of people keeps growing at the same rate as people's frustration.

    Food was cold, we didn't get what we ordered, all three of their fountain soda machines were out of order, so the only drinks they could offer was grape Fanta that was poured out of a 2-liter bottle in the back. Plus, all of this was after waiting over 2 hours to get our food. We waited in line for 90 min just to place our order (17 people ahead of us in line), then another 40 min to get our food after paying. Overall, a horrible experience, but the other customers in line implied that it's always like that. Sad.

    KFC Falmouth is clean and welcoming. The staff is goal-oriented, however it would be a greater experience if they were a bit friendlier. Amidst that, it was a very good experience dining there. The tables were clean and so was the bathroom.

    This place is the worst. Every single time I want a famous bowl they do not have it, what is wrong with these ppl. And the spicy chicken isn’t even spicy and it’s raw. Not to mention the barbecue chicken full of grease. Can you guys do better? FYI fix the number on this site cause I really want one if you to answer so I can speak my mind. For God’s sake, can I finally get a famous bowl? Every minute unuh no have none. Kmt

    While writing this review I must mention first of all that I'm hungry to the point of dizziness. My husband and I have been here for waiting almost and hour for only two mashed potatoes & a Nuggets combo that's already there ready. We planned on going home to make lasagna but since it's a good 1/2 hour drive we stopped to rise our blood sugar only to know that it's dropping all the more. It's clear that there no teamwork here & everyone seems to be drawing themselves to accomplish each task.

    So I went here for barbecue chicken, saw the barbecue in the heater and they are gonna tell me that they don’t have any.. it’s like they are only making it for their friends!!! And why is the service so slow? Both drive through and walk in🙄 this is one of the worst kfc branch, I think they should just close it down.

    #kfcfalmouth....kudos to this branch #37 for setting the world record for selling the most chicken over a 7 day period compared to any other branch. The flip side of it all though is... the staff is too slow especially in the drive through; one have to wait sometimes 45 mins in d drive thru to get through not to mention inside. Also for a new KFC, its always or often out of tropicana and other drink... Hope they improve still.

    Speaks about POOR customer service! I will never visit ere ever again. The service level of received ere is below average. Supervisor and stands are the worst. They back chat u in the most disrespectful manner and treat you as if your not a customer. I knw what service is and this establishment isn’t it. Sorry to say but I will never every visit another kfc as long as I live. They need to implement a customer service training programme within this establishment and have the staff trained on how to handle n deal with laying customers who are spending their hard earn money. It’s tome Jamaican wake the hell up and stop accepting the poor level of service and the disrespect from service staffs. The manner in which there people deal with u it’ feels like your one of there man or keep man to how they behave. I will never go back. I travel so I knw what service is and yet these are the same persons who are running to go abroad to work. They will never ever make it. The head of this organization need to be blamed and held accountable. We ere in Jamaica lock accountability, until we all wake up face reality we will fail as a country.     Another place where fast food does not exist. It seemed that they had to go and catch the chicken, and when the order was completed, after over an hour, it was wrong, and we had to wait another 30 mins. So almost 2 hours, so I would never tell anyone to visit this place during their lunch break. Also, it needs cleaning big time, but this is one KFC less I will waste my time on. Sorry, I'm not finished. The staff are lazy and need training.

    Worst ended up taking back my money almost 40min waiting for my chicken. 2 cashier's and one girl putting the food in boxes and one giving is not enough there is a ship in port and you must understand we don't have time to wait.

    Worse kfc.... workers have 0% of customer service, especially R.Davis. She speaks to customers as if she is talking to her dogs in her yard. Seems like most of the workers were not trained properly. This store needs new and improved management.

    Drive through is effective. Minor issue with being able to hear when making payments due to the inadequate use of the microphone. Cashier may be confused when you are making multiple orders separately. Go easy 😉

    We need negative 5 stars for this place. This location is the epitome of NON EXISTENT customer service. The staff is absolutely rubbish. They could care less about their customers. I waited over an hour to get a simple meal and got so frustrated I demanded a refund and left!. I wasn't the only one. Loads of people do this daily and apparently the staff could careless as they gleefully give you back your refund after making you wait over an hour . The workers casually move as if it were optional to serve people in a fast food industry. None of them attempt to make eye contact with you and if you dare to complain about their slow pace, well they just move even slower. Who owns this establishment? Have you no idea how your workers are running it to the ground? Do you care about customer service? Are you just as horrible as they are? You can't get get anyone on the phone on the number listed. It just rings without an answer. The owner should be embarrassed. I would NEVER recommend even my worst enemy to this place. If this were the last place on earth serving food, everyone would STARVE. This is without a doubt the worst KFC in the world. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISASTER of a location. YOUR STAFF IS HORRIBLE AND YOUR LOCATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

    If I could rate it 0 stars I would the customer service is soooo bad that it has left me speechless and after waiting 2 hours in there witnessing the crude treatment of customers by the staff I have to say I am truly disappointed. I was served something that couldn't have been a proper meal. I was in a rush and could not wait for the famous bowl I ordered since it was not ready so I requested a refund which was denied by the cashier who proceeded to go to the kitchen to see if it was finished. It was not. She then grabbed four of the mini mashed potatoes the ones you purchase as sides and transferred that and the popcorn chicken into the bowl without washing her hands finally the part that really did upset me the cheese. She threw the cheese into the bowl didn't hear it up or anything and served it to me. This was seriously insulting and the situation was not rectified. I believe KFC needs to train their staff on customer service. the lady that was mopping didn't politely ask the people to move instead she either mopped over their shoes or said move to them not excuse me or pardon me or can you kindly step to the side no MOVE. The food doesn't even smell right.

    DO NOT GO DRIVE THRU AVOID AT ALL COST IF POSSIBLE-try another location. Came to this KFC after 3:16pm on a Sunday. Store inside line had about 11persons and drive thru had 6 cars After waiting for sometime in the line in the store-other persons joined in and so I mistakenly decided to join the worst line of a century and be the 8th car in the drive thru @4:04pm was still at the entrance of the drive thru @4:15pm,went inside the store to find out if anyone was working at the drive thru and per Anakay “there should be one” One person from the inside line states “I was in the line for over 1.5hrs and decided to come out the line and then went in the store to wait another 1hour before been served” Still stuck in the line of 7cars, and @ 5:16pm, just making an order Still having 4 cars waiting for their meal@5:16pm Bikers apparently placed online orders picking up from the side window at the drive thru rather than the inside Bikers picking up or ordering meals walking up to the window while other vehicles are supposedly waiting for their meal and they’re getting bags of meals on the go. MANAGEMENT NEED TO ADDRESS THIS SLACKNESS/ behavior and the staff working 12/17/23 afternoon shift. Every money counts and every time count whether in the drive thru as a customer or bikers picking up orders for online. THIS IS CRAZY,ridiculous and not the usual Jamaican KFC (line long but people actually working and you can see) I could have shopped and prepared my own meal if I knew there was no way out of this drive thru line. FYI JUST MAKE SURE U NOT DYING OF HUNGER OR LACK OF KFC MAKE SURE YOU’RE THE MOST PATIENT OF PERSON MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TIME ON HAND TO wait over 2hrs for your fast food because the same cashier at pickup window 1 , walks over to pickup window 2 to get the order you’ve placed. Hence @ 5:28pm, just been able to pay at window 1 and 5:36pm-just moved up to window 2 for the meal. And that’s how KFC AT MARKET SYREET /FALMOUTH OPERATES. Etc etc If you know better, do better.
