Celebrated my birthday here 2 yrs in a row. Food and staff are great. Prices are reasonable. I recommend for a lunch or dinner date, brunch with the girls, birthday or anniversary or just drinks on a Friday night (or whenever)

Visited this place for the first time on April 9,2023, arrived at 7:30pm. The decor is elegant. Once seated we were given the menu,wanted to order wings but was told non was there decided to order jerk chicken - again told non was there. At this point we ask waitress to tell us what was available. In an attempt to get something to eat that was on the menu we went with quesadilla chicken and the Ultimate Burger. The waitress quickly disappeared, half hour later she returned asking if we our wanted drinks served which we obliged to. Once drinks were served waitress disappeared as before now approaching 50 minutes I spotted her waved to get her attention which she acknowledge but did not show. After an hour she appeared saying order will be out soon- we asked for specific time and was told within 20 minute, she then disappeared as previous. Approaching 2 hours clearly there was no food coming so we decided to pay for our drinks when suddenly waitress appeared saying she will have to cancel order because it wasn't being attended to as yet. No apologies - frankly speaking customer service seems non existent in this place, If there was a zero Star I'd select. Unable to rate the food since we got none. As it relates to music the DJ was stuck in one Genre- Souls. I will not be returning to this restaurant and nightclub and most definitely not recommend to my family or associates

Music incredibly loud when you’re just there for dinner. Food takes forever to come out. Side choices limited. Food average. Drinks overpowered with rum.

The atmosphere was good. Lighting was great, it sets the mood no matter the occasion. Food was ok and drinks was too, the name for the drinks had me laughing tho.

I went here for my birthday last Saturday. It was a great vibe. The waitress was super friendly and we'll mannered 😊. The food tasted really great 👍🏽 and the overall experience was fun.... Definitely going back soon.

The food was amazing, but the wait time was way too long. The main course arrived almost right after the appetizers, and the drinks arrived midway through the main course. If the food wasn't as good as it was, my score would be lower. And if you're visiting and are a cheese lover, you must definitely get the loaded fries! If their wait time gets better, then they'll be better than Gizmos.

Good space to hang out. Food was good and customer service was ok. There's definitely room for improvement but overall experience was good.

The aesthetics is well organized. However, I don't like the fact that they have one entrance which is also used as an exit. I do not think this is safe. Also, the food here is average. It is not that it met expectation, it's just that it neither met expectations nor did it disappoint. I love there roof top dining and parties. Definitely a 7/10.

We were a wedding party of 17, the food and service was great Tumbs up to our server . I forgot her name. Will definitely recommend and go back

Worst customer service ever. I will not be going back there. The waitress had a serious attitude problem she would roll her eyes when being asked anything and would respond in a very rude manner. At one point she said to us "Mi caa deal with uno rite now" when we asked for something which caused a member of my party to leave as she did not want to start an argument. She was very rude and it was definitely not appreciated.

Went there and had a fun time with my friends! Very spacious and definitely good if you want to have an event. It has a wide menu and I’d say it’s affordable.

At the time of my visit there was no electricity so the menu was limited and there was no music. Overall great customer service, good food and nice ambiance.

Meat was raw rice half cooked definitely did enjoy my meal for that price

I bring my mother out four her birthday at ultimate dining in Mandeville and I have pork chops it was so delicious it reminded my when I was a baby sucking my mother breast and the shrimp pasta they gave us so much shrimp

If you are ever looking for a nice place to just hang and eat some really good Jamaican food while enjoying great music, then visit my friends over at ultimate dining. I can not visit Jamaica and not go here for many different reasons 😊. So apart from the great food, they have a smoke section and good drinks, and you know I can't go to Jamaica and not smoke some good 🌿🙃. My waitress Sabrina, aka Koffee, is by far the best you can ask for. Great customer service with a warm, bright smile. Make sure you ask for her. That's if you don't see her 1st because that smile can't hide. Trust me, you won't regret going here.

Ultimate Dining offers a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere in Mandeville, which is commendable. However, the ongoing issue lies with their staff, which might ultimately jeopardize their business. During my initial visit, despite the long wait, I could have overlooked it, but unfortunately, I received incorrect information about the sides I ordered. This discrepancy only came to light when I reviewed my receipt and inquired about it. On my second visit, I decided to place an order over the phone. Regrettably, the young lady attending to me interrupted our conversation abruptly. I repeated my order to ensure there were no misunderstandings. However, upon picking up my order, I discovered that they had disregarded my specific instructions. It is essential to note that individuals with food allergies should avoid this establishment, as they do not appear to prioritize or accommodate such concerns. This second experience solidified my decision not to return to Ultimate Dining.

I could not find the option for a one star. This was absolutely the worst costumer service. 3 hours to order or food. 3 wrong bills. Incorrect menu pricing. I’ll be contacting my credit card company ASAP. Slow service. Great food, but not worth it. $1500 for a strawberry daiquiri

Went to this place twice, both times sat and waited for a hour with no server or anything, only attended to the tables that already had food. Need a host to seat people or let the servers know they have a new table. This restaurant is overrated. Only go if you want a drink, Would not recommend for dining. Thru need to take Dining out of the name.

The food was really nice and the waitress was very pleasant (big up A). It did not take long for the food to arrive and it was well presented on the dish. The vegetarian dishes were a good option. On the down side, the music was very loud after a while because it was karaoke night. It was difficult to have a relaxing conversation once the karaoke started.

The meals here are top tier. Looove the setting. It's perfect for either chilling or an intimate date. Music gets really loud and explicit in the night though, atleast, when i was there. Still, highly recommended.

Clean place, the customer service needs improvement. When we went in and sat down, It took a good 2 minutes for someone to attend to us and this was after I got up, went to the bar where two ladies were, and told them we needed to place our order. The wait time for the food was not too long, maybe because they were on the menu board at the front, so they were already prepared. However, when we got our food, it was extremely cold. No form of heat was in it. That disappointed us. We had ordered a type of rice, chicken, pork, etc. We assumed they would be piping hot, especially since they were being advertised as the meals for the day, but that wasn't the case.

The food and presentation was good...the server excellent..loved the Bob Marley drink. Setting geared toward family dining...more relaxed and enjoyable, not an uptight setting. Would definitely make it a spot.

The wings were rock hard. Not freshly done as they were prepared hours before. Team accommodated by offering additional wings as they advised they were unable to compensate any other way. The BBQ sauce made them more edible. Like most places in Jamaica, the customer service is not excellent or even great, bit they made accomodations in this situation. Would like to see them improve upon service and quality. The experience was not admirable

There was a bit of a wait for the food to be brought out. But we had drinks and took pictures while we waited. The music was very good as well. The food was delicious.

Do not make the mistake of purchasing a birthday package like me… it only consist of appetizers and not main dishes. Just make a reservation and avoid the birthday packages alll together. The waitress was pleasant but the owners is VERY rude and he did admit that it’s better to make reservation and avoid paying for a bday package but it will not be pointed out cause it’s a way to make extra money. The vybe after dining was good and the dj was excellent.
