I
went
to
this
place
to
replace
my
lenses
I
had
for
4
years.
First
I
had
a
very
good
experience
with
the
optometrist
who
was
very
professional
and
made
me
feel
comfortable.
The
only
problem
I
had
was
that
when
I
received
my
glasses,
these
were
not
the
ones
that
the
optometry
put
in
the
formula
so
I
could
not
use
them
because
they
were
not
the
ones
indicated
for
me
and
not
for
what
I
had
paid.
None
of
the
employees
gave
me
a
solution
or
showed
interest
in
solving
it,
however
later,
the
administrator
took
my
case
personally
and
apparently
the
glasses
were
changed
but
just
as
before
I
could
not
see
well
with
them
so
I
returned
them.
I
have
to
admit
that
on
the
part
of
the
administrator
I
received
good
attention,
because
she
showed
a
lot
of
concern
so
that
I
was
satisfied
with
the
service.
She
after
scheduled
an
appointment
for
me
with
a
doctor
who
came
from
abroad
and
although
I
had
to
wait
several
months,
finally
when
the
doctor
came
to
Mandeville.
The
doctor
was
able
to
examine
me
again
and
he
ordered
them
to
make
my
lenses
with
better
material
and
in
the
shortest
time
possible
without
no
additional
cost.
There
are
many
things
that
should
be
improved,
such
as
being
very
clear
from
the
beginning
with
the
prices
and
what
the
client
will
receive.
Where
I
came
from
I
would
have
been
given
my
glasses
for
free
if
I
had
to
wait
so
long.
But
anyone
makes
mistakes
however
few
places
in
Jamaica
accept
them
so
thanks
to
this
doctor
and
the
administrator
I
can
recommend
the
place
because
although
at
the
beginning
the
service
was
not
the
best
and
I
had
to
get
very
angry,
they
recognized
their
error,
they
solved
the
problem
and
I
was
satisfied
with
the
lenses.
For
me,
customer
service
is
very
important
because
that
is
my
job
and
I
live
from
that.
