these guys dont want to honor warranties. bought a echo srm3605 wacker november 2017 which was defective. they changed the carburetor(before that it went twice to their dealer powerquip in kingston) and the unit was still giving problems.they kept denying there were no issues with the unit until I took it there in person and demonstrated it to them. instead of offering me a refund they offer 75% of my money. They took the 3605 back and charged me 7000+ difference for a 4605 head unit only and told me it was new and just came out of a box. I found out it was a floor model! lying to customers. I will never buy from them again..customer service is a JOKE! They are quite friendly when you are buying but quite the opposite when its' warranty time. The sales rep in the same breath she offered me 75% of my money back she is saying I can come buy a new machine! better you buy a good reliable STIHL and pay extra 10 grand or import it yourself. Most items available, however spare parts are quite pricy. Management and staff very helpful, but sometimes one has to wait too long to get through.

Casco LTD was always good for shopping, but this last time I didn't get what I really needed​ .

very helpful, but need to have more parts in stock considering they are supposed to be machine repair shop, but always waiting on parts, not good.

If you need landscaping equipment and parts( heavy duty weed Wackers, lawn mowers, chainsaws etc) check them out.
