Prompt service, well equipped

This is the worse location in terms of how technicians deal with some customers.If you're not known personally,they don't move with any sense of urgency. I have been to other locations, but Mandeville is where I get the bad treatment....good thing I have learnt to be patient

The staff are fairly courteous and willing to provide solutions to clients problems. The space is very accommodating. However the wheels alignment centre needs more staff and equipment to adequately deal with the work load and reduce the excessive waiting time.

Visited this place to get a valve changed on a tyre. The technician was good although the job took rather longer than expected. The good thing was the price they did not appear to over charge. Was happy overall.

Good service but still can improve from the technicians side as not everyone is a rough street person so treatment, language should be a bit more professional.

Waited for1.5 hrs to get my tyre changed. Complaining workers who spend too much time roasting each other rather than focussing on the work so they can get work done in a shorter time thus reducing the waiting time for customers.

Cashier was excellent. Waited to long to get tyres put on. Had to leave to get them put on elsewhere

I got what I wanted yes but the worker fixed my car then tell me I have to pay extra for what he did after paying inside. That wasn't cool at all

Worst experience. I paid an alignment fee, then the "contracted" technician charged me another 4500 to do the actual alignment.

Very disappointed with the service here and I have been a good customer for many years..had to get work done elsewhere on my car took it to be aligned only to be sabotaged entirely just because I didn't install the parts there.. now I have to take me vehicle elsewhere to align again....the hustle mentality needs to stop because everyone is feeling the pinch of hard life!
