Sagicor mandeville is the worst of all the branches. I waited 2 hours to make 1 premium payment yesterday. Then the nosey security lady sat behind the door the entire talking to another security lady who clearly wasnt at her post or worked on the building. Finally an elderly man came and asked to take a seat, the assigned security lady refused the man the seat and proceeded to quarrel with the man (who seemed to have some nerve issues) for taking a seat then minutes later a young lady that seemed to know her came and chat with her then took a seat after taking her number while all the others waiting on line were standing. The double standards is unmatched 🙄 Customer service at this branch is a disgrace and the only reason my policy is still there is because after all these years I have no Choice Please note that my review is an honest one and I was very vocal so that the security could hear me.

The customer service is not very useful when you call in for information.Its better to go into the branch and speak with an agent because the customer service will ask that you speak to an agent from your branch

Very unprofessional staff I made my payment through a third party and according to them a month later they still investigating. It's best to find other options.

After waiting awhile under a tent outside I was now inside at the front of the line waiting for the 2 tellers/customer service personnel to finish listen a personal voice note on WhatsApp, they then began to discuss so I interrupted them. I was given a disdain look. My service was unpleasant. Not the kind of service I usually get at a Sagicor establishment.

Today, January 9, 2021, I visited Sagicor Life in Mandeville, Manchester to pay my monthly premium on my insurance. The service was phenomenal. I arrived at the establishment at about 2:42 PM and observed a sign that stated that the given the new covid-19 regulations, the cashier closes at 3:30 PM. The building was not crowded at all; only two persons were waiting to see the cashier before me. Despite having our temperature checked and hands sanitized upon entry; as one person left the cashier, a janitor came and quickly sanitize the area before another client used it. Seeing that brought a sense of comfort knowing that the Sagicor Life, Mandeville branch was everything they could to ensure my safety. All in all, my experience was good. The cashier was pleasant and handled my transaction quickly.

All front office staff in the Mandeville Branch give great customer service!! Those dealing with health insurance claims are not paying attention to details. My claim has been six months unpaid because somebody did not send me the email for the additional information needed!! Human error is inevitable but somebody MUST be reviewing the back end! These things impact people's lives!!!

Sagicor needs to install a lift or an elevator to the 3rd floor. It's very difficult for some to climb stairs. My agent's window can't be closed and water was actually settled on the sill. I know the building doesn't belong to them but it needs updating.

Greetings everyone. Don't do any business with this branch, there are some deceitful agents that work there, some of them only care about their commission. Whenever there is a problem they will not help you, this is an honest review.

Horrible, they advertise that their electronic disbursement timeframe averages 24 hours.... 5 business days later. they claim they're having a backlog...The phones to connect to client care are always busy, even the toll free line. If you try calling the local branch, no one picks up!!
