Doctor Fletcher is the best!.He's a great therapist, he is hilarious, and he was very straightforward and honest when it came to my health and what to expect during my pregnancy and delivery! He made my visits super comfortable which I am grateful for! He monitored me right through labour and at the delivery he was exceptional with the help of him team! Dr Fletcher is a straightforward physician who made me feel completely at ease from the very first visit. Its clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and their little ones. His staff are all welcoming and efficient. My delivery was a beautiful experience and I simply cannot recommend TOG enough.

Personalized care at its best which made my nine months felt like a breeze. Thanks to the lovely nurses at TOG that had to keep rescheduling and I'm sure reshuffling appointments to accommodate me. I truly appreciate Dr. Christopher Fletcher,  He  made himself available throughout the 9 months and was very detailed and ready to discuss every issue; sometimes even with illustrations :).  The entire journey down to the C-section made me feel confident that I was in excellent care. Did I mention, this was my second pregnancy under his care and if I should have a third I would prefer to use his professional health services.

Dr. Fletcher is incredible! I struggled with excruciating menstrual pain, was living on pain injections and felt like I was at my breaking point. My prognosis was Endometriosis. Right then and there I felt defeated. I had no idea what to expect and I constantly felt like my body was fighting against me. I visited so many doctors they recommended surgery, but I never found comfort in any other doctor until I visited Dr Flecther. He listened to my concerns and seemed like he really cared. His knowledge and confidence in his work made me feel like we were a team and like we’d fight this Endo together.He and his team did my laparoscopic surgery and for the first time in my life I had a cycle with no pain. Soon after I got pregnant with TWINS! He was my caregiver throughout my pregnancy. I could call him or text him about any concerns any at all and he’d be sure to reply. I’m now a mother of a beautiful little boy/girl twin (which he also delivered btw…remember we’re a team) I’ll forever be grateful for his kindliness and his top notch expertise that helped me through this journey. I am very appreciative of Dr. Fletcher and staff. I had a dificult pregnancy with my twins and they were always there when I needed advice. I had no worries as I trusted Dr. Flectcher completely even when I thought I was not going to make it he cheered me on. He ensured I had a safe delivery and kept in touch. Worst service ever for the Santa Cruz location. The receptionist that is answering the phone is very uneducated and as no customer service. I have been trying to get an appointment and everytime I call the person who answers the phone is rude. Please train your staff to offer quality customer service because whilst the doctors can be great if the first service they receive is unpleasant then persons will go where the service is exceptionally great.

I was introduced to Dr Fletcher at TOG medical centre and this was one of the best referrals. Dr Fletcher isn't dismissive of my concerns about what I am feeling within my body and makes me comfortable and knowledgeable about any and all procedures to be done or steps to be taken towards the betterment of my health. Also the department responsible for x-rays and ultrasound are very efficient.

I have no regrets visiting the TOG Medical center. After my bad experience 3 years ago where I had 2 miscarriage, I was scared when I found out I was pregnant. I was referred to come here by my doctor. From my first visit I know I was in good hands. All the nesscery step was giving to me to follow so I was on the right path. I actually look forward for all my doctor visits. The staff here is second to none. Doc spend qualitytime with his patients making sure everything is going well. I always feel welcome and comfortable. The end result was me leaving the hospital with my beautiful bouncing baby girl. It is with my whole heart I say thanks for making my journey with the TOG centre a success.

I’ve been going to Dr Fletcher for a few years now, recently had a baby and with all the complications of my pregnancy, doc did an amazing job from the first visit to the c-section. He is warm and friendly, very thoughtful and takes extra measures to allay all fears and concerns I had during my pregnancy. My visits never feel rushed or unfulfilled. The staff is also very welcoming and help to make you feel at home.

Dr Christopher Fletcher did a great job guiding me throught my first pregnancy, at age 38 and I am also a hypertensive patient. He was my OB/GYN for about two years before, so as soon as I found out I was pregnant I went straight to him. Been pregnant and worried at the same time,he been my doctor I didnt have to worry. He ensured I had a smooth pregnancy. He always explained everything to in a very clear manner.He is also very kind friendly and trustworthy. Theeeeeeeeeee BEST! Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in Mandeville! The nurses are very amicable and professional not to mention patient (I'm that patient who gives a little trouble here and there lool, but they NEVER ever made me feel like a bother). One of the MANY things I can commend Dr. Fletcher on, is his active listening skills....he listens to every complain, venting, concern(s), this that...you name it! HE LISTENS and he doesn't only listen but he also EDUCATE you and gives sound advice on whatever it is that you're going through/experiencing. He also creates that safe space for you to just be yourself and feel COMFORTABLE!! If you go into Dr. Fletcher's office sad I GUARANTEEEEEE you'll come out smiling/laughing ....he's hilarious!
