Horrible customer service. There is a Ms McLean there. She is horrible. How did she get hired in the first place? Their phone lines don't work for Mandeville, or no one answers! I called the other locations and immediately someone answered but not Mandeville. I decided to go to Cobblestone and get it done there instead. I will NEVER recommend the Mandeville location to anyone.

If there was zero stars that's probably what I would've rated them. The receptionist has the nastiest attitude over the phone. I'm asking questions and before I could ask another she hung up. When I called back, I had to ask if this is the type of service they offer people...rude and disrespectful! Not to mention their pricing is outrageous. The same service that costs $40,000 elsewhere is $70,000 here. At least offer good service to rationalize the prices!

Worst service ever!!! There is a Ms McLean she deserves to work in a dumpster this woman is deliberately turning away customers. She was rude and had a extremely nasty attitude. I called the phone line for information she sounded as If I had interrupted her relaxed time. She open the line sounding annoyed and kept cutting me off before I could explain what I needed. I’d decided to take my business else where. Plus the phone lines don’t work!!! I wish there was a lower rating than 1 star.

I did an x-ray here a week ago. I really wanted to give 5 stars but I had to wait for hours for my results when it was ready within minutes. Not good when you're in pain and can barely walk

I paid to get X ray report (Not doing X ray, it's getting the report of X ray I already did at hospital) & it took 3 DAYS! gone, but still not ready yet!

Very very poor customer service. The customer service representatives are always eating and they talk to you with the food in there mouth. Its appears as if its the norm to them.

For a place with more than 2 branches in Jamaica I'm shocked at the staff and their level unprofessionalism, lack of principle and even empathy. Disgusting place! Run people run. They never answer the phones lines either, try and see for yourselves.

The worst customer service representative in Mandeville very rude,unprofessional, disgusting and loud..the lady at the front desk(mclean) need to be remove she have no customer service skills,she over talk customer and disrespect them,the staff behind the house are very nice.but I would not recommend anyone to this place because the front desk staff McLean would make you change your mind not to do business with them.i think the owner should do some check and removed her from the business because she is only destroying the company name with her ridiculous unprofessional attitude that belongs in the market

I called inquiring about a ct scan and how you go about booking an appointment the lady at the front desk deserves to be working among hooligans and pigs.Her lack of empathy and unprofessionalism is quite distasteful.People need ti take their business elsewhere if they don’t good workers to serve the public
