    In store - Ordered a family feast, the ten pieces consisted of five thighs, three drumsticks, one wing and one breast. There was a mountain of chips in the warmer, Chips weren’t fresh and were raw, gravy was a big glug that didn’t move in the container. Person before me had complained about something she was not happy about and when she left the store the staff had a laugh about her. I called the store when we got home and left a message, have not had a return call. Worst KFC I have ever had. Very disappointed

    1st and last time customer. Drive through service woeful. Chips cold, sloppy and no salt. The lad mumbled and looked liked he'd rather be anywhere else. Not friendly and barely polite. Doesn't deserve a job. Forgot to give us our drinks.

    Went through the drive through, got the order wrong, chips were cold and the cold drinks were not chilled. Also the popcorn chicken was disgusting and went in the bin. They don’t answer their phone or return calls left on the answering machine. Not worth the money or the aggravation!

    Not once have I received my correct order. Chips and chicken are always undercooked ,bones in burger, drinks are warm and very poor time management. Run by a bunch of young kids that clearly arnt sufficiently trained

    Appalling service, hygiene and quality. Food all over the floor behind the counter, no lighting whatsoever in the drive-thru, apparently poor information systems (I was asked what I had ordered), abysmal staff attitude (disinterested and detached, handed me an open bag), and a burger that was a weird shape and cold. Happy to provide further feedback as this store has cured me from ever wanting KFC again.

    Very disappointed with the Mandurah store in general & upset at being told they are Not having Hot n Spicy chicken on the menu anymore. I purchased the original 3 piece feed the chicken was soggy & wet, No crunch at all on the skin awful. I ordered a lemonade & was given a Solo and the bread roll was dry. Will not be back to this store.

    This Kfc is by far the worst in Mandurah. Ordered a giant feast hot & spicy with extra aioli/supercharged sauces already paid for and changed 2 sides for 2 (1.5L) Drinks instead of 2 large Chips and when the order had arrived I was met with 3 600ml bottles, no sauces (that I paid extra for) &Original pieces of chicken cos they ran out of hot & spicy Again.? 1/10 I don't recommend

    I ordered 3 pieces box. What I get is shocking. The biggest chicken in my box almost similar size as the bun. Omg unbelievable

    Was in there on Thursday night. 3 staff were adequately professional. Rest were mucking around laughing, treating the food and premises like rubbish. Out of control. Food was hard. Stale. Chips were cold and stale. Thru the 3 piece feed in the bin when I got home. Burger was well made however.

    KFC Mandurah Visited on 23/5/2022 I have to agree with most reviewers about this store. In my opinion, the staff/duty manager has to be reprimanded or given the marching order. I am a Wicked Wing lover, and I know that 15-piece is not in the normal menu, including the online menu, but it is available only if the staff searches the computer system. If the staff is not at fault, then the computer system has a bug. My wife orders 15-piece over the counter, but obviously the staff is either new to KFC, or too lazy to check the system. The staff insists that my wife will have to order 10-piece box plus another 6-piece box. My wife has no choice but to order 10-piece plus 6-piece. The wings are shared by 4 people, which means 4 wings each. Unfortunately, the order is short by 1 wing, and one person has only 3 wings, while the rest has 4 each. I have reviewed many KFC stores, but this is the first one that fails.

    Team members aren’t trained properly by their managers, don’t know what they can and can not add onto a meal. Also just blatantly refuse to put their manager on when asked (calmly at that, I didn’t scream for a manager, just asked calmly, he refused in absolutes, and I didn’t have the energy to continue pushing for it). They’re actively encouraged not to place napkins with your meal unless you specifically ask after you’ve been handed your meal. Will get your order wrong majority of the time, but also get visibly frustrated if you have a large order and want to check it at the window so they can fix it quickly. Overall a genuinely horrible dining experience if you’re craving kfc, just make sure you check your order thoroughly and ask for napkins.

    Forgot pretty much half my order when I ordered it through door dash, the lady on the phone and lied and said I only ordered a gravy and a large mash and gravy after I ordered $50 worth of food. After paying $9 for delivery I had to drive down there anyway. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

    Extremely poor service after 20:00, being ridiculed after asking why certain items are consistently not offered at that time and being told to stop complaining and laughed at, then told that the kitchen needs to shut down so they can leave early… Really poor service on a consistent basis.

    KFC in at the Mandurah forum, is the worst KFC I have ever been to. For the Last 20 yrs that are constantly running out of chicken atleast 6days a week. Usually b4 9pm. Absolutely shocking. And when U do get the chicken, it's usually dry... No stars 😞😞😞😞

    incredibly mid. the chips were tasteless, chicken was embarrassing and the meal was missing sauce despite asking for it. toilets were functional, but also dingy, cramped & dirty. do not recommend at all.

    Disappointed no more hot and spicy chicken. They do hot and crispy boneless which is average normally but once still had end of feather connecting piece left on piece of chicken. Nearly threw up once realised what it was.

    Absolutely appalling this place is. No visible menu. Massive screens create a prison vibe. Bunch of kids who have no interest in what they're actually doing. Warm drinks. Cold food 👎

    I ordered through menulog and once again didn’t receive my 18 nuggets for the Giant Feast even after calling them to make sure they were on the order as the order didn't show them on there, I was told that they are and would make sure they are in the order, they wasn't so I tried calling them back to ask why and no one would answer the phone. Now it's not even dialling through and I get an answering machine. Dissatisfied and disappointed with how bad KFC has gotten over the last couple of years.

    We go back to KFC Mandurah every 12 months or so to see if they improve. They just get worse oily chicken with cold raw chips and now no hot and spicy. I think we’re done until we see better reviews

    Hands down worst KFC in WA. Only because I can never order anything. 11pm.shut on Google but if you ever come after 9pm you get told you can only order nuggets or chips. Last 4 times, not once.. owner must lose thousands of dollars every week so staff can close early

    Didn’t have the best experience at KFC on Friday night but Kelvin called and did an excellent job sorting things out. On a Saturday too! Very good customer service, and great communication skills from Kelvin.

    Ordered a bacon and cheese original recipe combo and got a burger with only a piece of cold chicken no salad in it and no bacon and no cheese. Extremely disappointed will not be ordering from here again 3rd bad experience in less than 2 weeks

    Awful !!! Paid a fortune for a zinger bacon and cheese box with 2 extra wicked wings but that was not the problem , the problem was that instead of Wings we got 5 anaemic hot and spicy pieces of chicken cut smaller to look like wings !!! GROSS .. The only reason we went to kfc was because we felt like the wings so this was a huge disappointment as the pieces DO NOT TASTE ANYTHING ALIKE!! Chips were also soggy and over cooked and dinner roll tasted like a freezer..

    Poor little beans, all trainees and non local manager in as staff all have covid and this night they were short staffed... Mean old ish couple come in and have a go at everyone because they can't get served (but apparently yelling gets you served so what is that teaching them) what happened to good old fashioned right to refuse service...? I can't say anything about the actual food cos I'm a vegetarian but I'm sure it was fine lol.

    Stopped off to get something in drive thru,as I was in a hurry. Was told to park in waiting area. After 25 mins I went into shop to see when food would be ready and was told they'd forgotten about me. Could find my order, then gave me wrong order and sent me on my way...

    I usually live the dirty bird. Nothing better then a zinger box but unfortunately the Mandurah store constantly lets me down. The last few times the food has been atrocious. The last time everything was cold. The time before last they forgot the chips and gravely.
