Horrible customer service. Dont take any scheme without reading scheme document. You will end up getting money which you deposited only if they enroll to 2 different schemes(that too without intimation). Instead you can open RD atleast you get 4% returns 😂. And making charges is around 22-24%. They give huge discount of 1% in making charges. GST 3% and insurance charge of 0.85%. You will have to explicitly tell that you dont need insurance. Otherwise it will be added to bill. Good Service you can expect till you buy scheme only. Dont rely on fake promises they give. Even manager is least bother to retain customers.

Massive collection in gold, platinum jewellery and silver ornaments also. Good collection of the solitaires as well. Must mention that no other well known diamond merchants in Pune like Orra or carat lane have such collection to see physically with an international GIA certification. Good personalized services with politeness.

Plz avoid kalyan jewellers..... Went to see gold jewel but the sales person was insisting us to check their diamond jewel as they dont have much designs in gold!!!!!????? Felt something fishy.....came out of the shop without buying anything. I would not go once again to such a store!!!! And also saw a pendant pretty much orange in colour due to high copper on it. 916 also seen on the same pendant which made me even doubtful.

My favourite jewellery shop for a vast range of new collections. The staff is very humble and treat customers with respect and kindness.

We went to purchase gold bangles and necklace ,but the salesperson is very rude not friendly.We had been waiting from last 45 mins for the employees to show us,but none approached,inspite of repeatedly calling them to attend. It was a horrible experience, waste of time.Very hostile behavior towards customers.

I am not satisfied, agents are misguiding us while taking scheme, but in shop they told difference. They were interested in collecting money instead of giving good benifits about scheme. Think and take scheme or don't support them.

Very disappointed!! Please don't invest here they loot you using making charges etc. The salesmen will try their best to find benifits for their store. I have been their customer for past 7 yrs and blindly went for the investment policy only to suffer loss paid a lot and received so much less. I suggest you visit some other stores instead.

Horrible experience, I intended to get a new Pt ring by exchanging my old one from Kalyan Jewellers. I contacted ahead of time to see if I could visit Mysore Kalyan Stores, but when I arrived, they said, "We don't have any Pt rings, we don't keep them because people don't buy them." Executives should be courteous and have strong customer service abilities; most of the time, I notice them congregating in one location and chit-chatting; and when I visit the Mysore shop, I feel it is best if they close because of the poor service they offer. Local shops provide better service than these corporate jewellers. Time to rethink on your customer service strategies.

Third class jewelery shop.. Vocal for local.. Go and buy precious 916 hallmark jewelry from any local gold merchant so that you won't regret later for paying those models

There is no humanity in the people who are managing this. One cannot even sit outside of the place, The place where car and bike are parked not even at the side. the management is waste for the society U have more option in the same please choose wisely because u dont buy jewels every day

I purchased a neck gold chain it's very good , nice design also and so much of collection there in Gold, but making charge was to high, one thing I was disappointed and that is silver section 2nd floor staff. I think he was incharge in the section. he don't know how to talk with coustomer he talking very rudely ,and he making fun with us badly , this kind of stuff is there definitely u will lost coustomer.

Worst. Please guys don’t get fooled by these people. Be aware. They never deliver your product on time.they promise one date and you get it on some other date. They don’t even have a basic concern to even send updates why it’s getting delayed and here customer will think okay everything is good I will be getting my order on promised date. Unless you call/message and ask them they never give you any updates. Once they receive Money they don’t care about your product . Even though you mention it’s a gift I need it on time. They don’t care. Please go for other jewellers.
