Purchased
a
necklace
on
16/5/23
and
found
a
few
stones
to
be
missing,
went
back
the
next
day
around
6:30pm
on
which
I
was
sent
to
the
smith
,
on
asking
the
smith
he
said
it
will
take
around
10
min
to
fix,
for
which
I
waited
.
The
customers
coming
after
me
for
polishing
and
melting
were
attended
quick.
The
10
min
escalated
to
one
and
a
half
hour.
Losing
my
patience
I
asked
the
smith
how
much
more
time
will
it
take
,
the
other
staff
said
the
smith
is
new
and
the
evenings
are
the
rush
hour.
On
frustration
I
left
the
place
without
getting
the
work
done
.
I
was
asked
to
come
during
the
morning
hours
to
get
the
work
done
.
So
according
to
the
staff
the
one
and
half
hour
waiting
period
is
worth
nothing
and
again
I’ve
to
make
a
separate
schedule
leaving
rest
of
my
duties.
It’s
pathetic
to
have
such
an
experience
.
Your
staff
should
respect
the
customer’s
request
and
demands
and
work
according
to
the
words.
Learn
to
respect
the
customer’s
time
and
value
the
presence.
Will
the
ignorant
staff
take
the
responsibility
of
the
time
lost
?
