Nice collections available. The making charges are also reasonable. Difference between other stores and Joy is, in other stores they print more making charge and bargain to lower. Whereas in Joy they have decent making charges which makes your bargain less and the deal will end early. The executives are also helpful in understanding our expectations and show suitable designs.

Gold design models - few are really good, but most part just above average. Too much Extra charges like wastage, making, etc… Friendly staff. Off course they are doing best job. Purchased a necklace on 16/5/23 and found a few stones to be missing, went back the next day around 6:30pm on which I was sent to the smith , on asking the smith he said it will take around 10 min to fix, for which I waited . The customers coming after me for polishing and melting were attended quick. The 10 min escalated to one and a half hour. Losing my patience I asked the smith how much more time will it take , the other staff said the smith is new and the evenings are the rush hour. On frustration I left the place without getting the work done . I was asked to come during the morning hours to get the work done . So according to the staff the one and half hour waiting period is worth nothing and again I’ve to make a separate schedule leaving rest of my duties. It’s pathetic to have such an experience . Your staff should respect the customer’s request and demands and work according to the words. Learn to respect the customer’s time and value the presence. Will the ignorant staff take the responsibility of the time lost ?

They have very good collections of jewelry. Service is good. People are polite. Price is standard and reasonable. They have very lengthy process for billing and delivery which take more time.

We went to buy some silver articles. Initially the staff were cordial and helpful in choosing the design. Later, we wanted to check and buy some gold jewellery as well. They asked us to wait for few minutes. But those few minutes turned into more than 20 minutes and no one even bothered to ask what we wanted. I am not interested to visit again. Fancy showroom does not justify bad customer service.
