I dono who gave 4-star status to this hotel.... worst food. They have front gate near to main road but that won't be open, so big trouble for cab booking. Worst in all

It is an actual review. I stayed here for 3 nights. This hotel is meant for Japanese mainly. They logically don't want non-japanese to visit this hotel. The water in room is HOT ALWAYS. Be in Winter or in Summer. And Faucets Doesn't give facility to get Cold or even Mixed water. AT ANY SETTINGS THE WATER WILL BE HOT ONLY. In restaurant The Buffet is suitable for JAPANESE ONLY. And The staff they tell it bluntly that some of the items are not allowed to be given to INDIAN. Over-all i feel it's UNFAIR TO STAY HERE.

Really Good Hotel to stay while you are at IMT Manesar, Haryana, Gurugram. Rooms are spacious, tidy and clean with all the home like facilities you can expect. You get a big wardrobe to store your clothes, Study Table, Separate Washbasin, refrigerator, Microwave and Relaxing chair as well with a king size bed. The toilet is spacious and a hairdryer is also provided. Restaurant food is really good and delicious as you can get a buffet menu for dinner around ₹800 or else you can go for a Japanese style food in their restaurant if you crave for that. Morning breakfast is also provided with their room plans. They do give some discount if you opt for breakfast and dinner facility along with the stay. Room service is also very quick and responsive. Surrounding area has a huge lawn and back of that there is swimming pool also. It's a difficult task to find such a good hotel at the industrial area. Overall a great place to stay highly recommended.

Foods were very good but service wasy very slow

Hotel is over priced and breakfast is very bad. Service is slow. Check in is not flexible even for business travel. Not at all recommended

rooms are good , interiors are fine but the management is very poor , pathetic experience it ruined my weekend , AC was not working properly , reception calls were not answered and my friend got ill due to temperature change and when asked for lemonade due to Low BP and feeling unwell issue they have no decency but to charge for it and that too lemon was tasteless and it was late too , so all together no comments on recommending anyone.

Nice Hotel, nice and clean room with clean bathroom, worth of money, Japanese culture, but bit disappointed due to missing Japanese food, staff is very less due to COVID. Hence room service was taking too much time, rest all services are up to the mark

Service is very bad I stayed in this hotel for my company work, everything was fine but the girl who was checking out at the reception was very rude. Without any reason she was going to talk only in English and was giving only one answer on everything, talk to my manager. Do you get pleasure from misbehaving with the people of the corporate office?.....

Worst hotel ever I have stayed in. Receptionist are not well mannered. Rooms are pathetic. Breakfast is even more pathetic.

If there was a competition for the worst coffee in the world, this hotel will win hand's down. And this coffee is just a part of a really sad breakfast. Also is there was a competition for the worst bed in a business hotel... A business hotel just about has to provide a good night's sleep and a refreshing breakfast. This hotel fails miserably on both counts.

Overpriced and Reception service is not very active. They don't have their own entry gate.

This is not a hotel like anybody can't give atleast single star. The hotel hospitality services and management are so poor to poor. This is very worst hotel which I had seen. बोले तो घटिया से घटिया

All over hotel is wonderful but service and staff id very poor

We stayed there three nights, 2 night food was normal but 3rd night they serve us smelly food, there was smell in the food. It was not expected from this hotel.
