Very very bad customer service.. waiting more than an hour just a three fried rice and paid before half an hour tho..asked to return money but they refused to do so... am a regular and a loyal customer tho for more than seven years..i never expected them to treat me like this...

I took combo here.. 349 rupees 2.25 biryani and one chicken 65. But what they gave is kuska with four pieces of chicken and very old chicken pakoda instead of chicken 65. They are fooling people by telling combo..

I had chicken biryani for my lunch today & the food was quite good but the sanitization & cleanliness of the dinning places makes us to think should've gone for other place it really makes uncomfortable, No hand wash liquid in hand wash area only water, Tables are not clean, Need more improvement in the term of cleanliness Additional Note : i won't recommend this restaurant to ladies & families, If you are coming alone then only you can have here your meal.

Malliz was a good restaurant pre-covid. Minor renovation required at the seating area. The food tasted better earlier. Prices are slightly increased. However it is good restaurant in the surroundings of Mangadu area.
