Unreliable, could be cheaters. I had placed an order on October 17th and got an email with order details, informing that it’s on hold for payment to their bank account. I replied back with payment information and asked for estimated delivery info. I haven’t heard from them since then. After multiple tries, only once the phone was answered but the lady didn’t speak Hindi or English. They never responded to multiple text messages sent for update and payment details. Today, when I emailed again for update, the email delivery failed saying there is no such user. It’s the same email Id from where I had received order details and then replied about payment without any issues. Beware and pay only with credit card so that payment can be disputed in case of any issues. Update - There was some communication gap due to which I didn't receive my order. After clarification, my money was refunded promptly on Nov 19th 2021.

I ordered through their online website. Post my order after a week got a call from owner ramya. She told me that their is waiver damage to the Saree which I ordered. She will share some of the pics which is similar unfortunate I dint like any of those. Later point they refunded but not full amount. Whatever the charges I paid for online I had to pay. I asked it's not my mistake since you were not having I have to cancel I asked if we both can share the online fee. Telling that 200 rupees will not make much difference to anyone. Hope they understood finally I dint get the amount. So be careful whenever you order from online they have the stock I would always suggest go for cash on delivery. Best option. I have ordered a saree for 5000 rupees on November 19 and have been following up with owner Ramya multiple times. As on today she switched off or blocked my number. No proper response or zero professional guys. I think they are doing some kind of bogus with all the money collected from orders. If I'm not getting a reply soon, I'm going to take it lawfully dealt.

I have ordered a saree from meghams for the first time. Online payment. Never received any update on my saree. Finally I decided to call them and when I did they told me that the saree was damaged and asked me if I would go for another one. I told them that I would like a refund. And now I have to call them everyday regd my refund. No proper communication. Final Update. I received my refund. Hopefully next transaction would be a successful one.

Offering service at any time,valuing the customer's time. Quality is super and the color is as it is as shown in pics. I purchased through online it reached in time with no delays.

Satisfied with the experience of buying a saree from here. Bought a Mangalagiri silk saree from here and it was same as per the expectations. The customer care is also good and they respond to queries on time, though I had some hiccups initially. The saree was as expected and this sorted all the issues. Thanks a lot.

Called the contact number from the website. Did not get proper response or the directions to the store. The person who picked the phone have no idea about the store/timings/address. On enquiry at the town it was revealed that the store was closed. Why the lady did not tell us in the first place? Trip to Mangalagiri is totally wasted! Very bad experience!

20/Oct/2021 = Not sure for authenticity of the the place. Have placed order through website on 11/Oct/2021. But no response as of 20/Oct. They do not respond on call/message. And email addess bounces back. 09/Nov/2021 = Finally my call was answered. After multiple follow ups from my side, I received my order. I will not buy anything from here in future.

I've placed an order on Nov 7 for 2 sarees and there are no updates either via text, WhatsApp or email. Repeated phone calls to the number given on the website are not being received. Do not buy from this website or vendor. Highly unreliable.

I purchased a silk saree with elephants in the border. The saree was so soft and the quality is very nice. I enjoyed shopping with meghams and iam going purchase my other sarees with them only. The price is also reasonable. The support we get from Ramya while selecting our sarees online is very very encouraging.
