Very historic temple with a big gopuram. Visited here and prayed to lord Narasimha. Temple premises are big and parking is a problem here because of narrow streets. The architecture of the temple is beautiful. We could not visit the temple on the hill top because after 4 pm it was closed

Very Ancient Temple of Lord Narsima Swami and lordess in the city of Guntur-Vijayvada. In this place there are two temple one is on the ground (taleti) and other is on the top of mountain. Very beautiful and ancient Narasimha Swamy temple. Popularly called as panakala Narasimha Swamy temple. Temple opens at 7AM in the morning in normal daysv . Gali gopuram has beautiful and very old architecture . Very powerful god. Morning view from the top of the hill was awesome. For two pots of panakam they charge 75 rupees . They make nivedhana with that panakam and give us remaining as Prasadam . Very nice and amazing temple. Happy journey .❤️❤️❤️

Very beautiful temple located in Manglagiri. Has a toll gate costing 50 INR. Special darshan line costs 100 INR per person and only takes cash. Parking available. Pradam is good too. Nice temple which is unique in many ways. The prasad in the form of jaggery water is amazing. Parking is not an issue

The history of this temple is, During the Dwapara Yuga, the Pandavas were in aranyavasam. At that time Pandavas before going to Agnyathavasam, they visited "Sri Panakala Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple", which is located the upper reaches of aranyavasam. When the time comes to go Agnyathavasam, they established Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy to Saligrama Swarupam appearance and which is located lower reaches. In the 16th century by the ruler of Vijayanagara empire, "Sri Krishna Devarayualu'', build a temple for "Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy". East gali gopuram was built by "Sri Raja vasireddy venkatadri Naidu garu, in 1807-1809 and this gali gopurami is the tallest 153 feets in total south india. In AD1558, the king of Orissa "Sri Siddhiraju Rajaiah Devara", gave 200 wages in 28 villages to Sri Lakshmi Narasimha swami. In 8th century "Sri sankaracharyulu" varu, In AD1512 the lord "Sri chaitanya varu", In AD 1594 Golkonda fort general "Qutub Ali" visited this temple. In Dhanurmasam Vaikuntha Ekadashi day Sri Swami gives darshan to the devotees from the north gate. On Vaikuntha Ekadashi Thanjavur Maharaja sirphoji - II, ( Donated on 20-11-1824) Shristhalam presents Sankhutitirtha to the devotees with a single golden south- facing conch shell presented to them.

Very beautiful temple located in mangalgiri. Temple is believed to have been founded by Yudhisthira, the eldest Pandava brother. The temple’s tall eleven story gali gopuram was amazing. It is one of the highest gopuram in south India and only one of its type in this part of India. It is 153 feet in height and 49 feet wide. Very divine place to visit and so calm atmosphere inside the temple.

Very nice temple, gopuram view was so good, we have seen so many parrots sitting on gopuram. There was no queue, we went on sunday. It is diguva narasimha temple and yeguva narasimha temple is located on hill top, which is panakala narasimha temple. We have take darshan of yeguva narasimha temple first and then diguva narasimha temple. They were selling pulihora prasad. There were bangaru and vendi balli in this temple.

Large spacious Temple built in 1500 yr great history behind it, the presiding dietiy is Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy. kumkumachana Kalyanam special pooja antralaya Darshan available with respective tickets. you have to take ticket at counter, online is not available right now. car parking is available with the payment of 50 rupees must visit and Kalyanam ticket is 1500 rupees new don't need to take any items just we have to wear Pattu vastralu and be there at 8:30 a.m. Kalyanam Pooja - couples can attend..takes around Ananda our followed by antralaya Darshan. Nearby Hilltop we can visit Pana Kala Swamy temple also

Very old temple with huge Gopuras. When I visited, Decoration inside Garba gudi was eye cathy behind the Diety. Something very special which I haven't seen in any other place.

Ancient temple of lord sri lakshmi narasimha swamy with a great history. Currently roads around the temple has been closed for all vehicles except 2 wheelers after a temple wall has been collapsed. Recently Even some cracks were found on Gaali gopuram. Prior examinations have been going on. There is need for renovation of the gopura. Even 2nd gaali gopura construction has been started long ago. Hope everything goes as per their plan.

Great devotational place and awesome temple architecture

Very old temple with grandeur galigopuram. Temple has restricted timings , so have to plan based on that. Temple architecture has been preserved which is a good thing. You can have car parking beside the temple and they will charge around 30/ Devotees first visit this temple before going top of the hill to visit Panalal Narasimha temple which you can go by walk way or vehicle way from this temple. Temple is so serene and I felt like to spend more time here.

Good Hindu Spiritual temple. Approach road from National highway is not good. Road needs immediate repairs. Temple is well developed with santity and dignity. Electric Free vehicle is available for the old and sick pilgrims. Pilgrims have to spend a lot of time to see all around the temple.
