I
booked
an
appointment
for
Brow
Wax,
when
I
arrived
at
the
store,
I
was
told
there
is
no
staff
on
board
and
my
appointment
was
not
cancelled,
or
advised
of
by
the
staff.
The
following
week
on
23
April
2023,
I
re-booked
my
appointment
for
10am,
I
reached
there
at
9:45am,
the
staff
only
came
in
after
10am
after
being
called
by
a
Sephora
staff
to
say
your
customers
are
waiting.
I
was
only
attended
after
10:30am
and
that
too
be
disappointed
with
my
brows
shape.
It
is
definitely
not
worth
paying
the
price
of
$36.
Both
these
bookings
were
for
two
people,
so
definitely
not
worth
$72!!!
Before
the
above
experiences,
we
had
our
brows
done
by
one
of
your
staff
at
Sylvia
Park
who
was
perfect
and
this
staff
of
yours
did
comment
that
our
brows
are
so
easy
to
wax
that
it
is
hard
for
anyone
to
mess
up,
so
we
don’t
know
what
happened
the
last
two
visits.
I
don’t
mind
paying
the
price
as
long
as
my
brows
match
each
other
and
are
done
correctly.
I’m
very
disappointed
in
your
services.
