good
budget
hotel
in
heart
of
Roorkee.
The
staff
are
very
friendly
and
helpful.
The
hotel
lobby
and
restaurants
are
clean,
well-maintained,
and
quite
luxurious.
The
rooms
are
clean
and
well-stocked
and
of
really
good
size.
Internet
works
well,
there
is
plenty
of
hot
water,
and
the
heating
and
air
conditioning
seem
to
be
of
above
standard
for
North
India
(which
means
it
is
very
easy
to
get
the
room
cool
in
the
summer
or
hot
in
winter).
The
outstanding
room
service
was
prompt,
with
all
the
extras
I
requested,
and
delivered
by
the
most
courteous,
friendly,
helpful,
and
professional
staff
person
I
have
encountered
in
a
long
time.
The
quality
and
amount
of
food
met
my
expectations.
