Had a nice experience in terms of stay. Rooms are quite good, neat and clean. I didn't like the service during the breakfast here. They were not punctual as well as not providing much options. The items in the restaurant are too costly.

It was an amazing stay at K K Residency in Roorkee. And the food & drinks 🍻 was fantastic. Rooftop/open restaurant was an added facility to enjoy the moment to the fullest.

Small size rooms Not recommended for family For mens who need near bus stand for them it's good AC working and hot water for bath is available Restaurant facility also available. Breakfast included in tarrif but it is limited and not much choice

The only reason to stay here is if you have any work in IIT campus cause it's walking distance from it. Other than that rooms were below average (very unclean) and also the service. I didn't try to order food cause I was very skeptical.

The experience wasn't good at all, the rooms were not properly sanitized, geyser wasn't working. The staff was not professional.

Worst Staff, very rude and indifferent for guest inconvenience. Geyser not working in winter, Lift not working, rooms are very dirty and not at all like the photos displayed. Treebo standards are very vaguely compromised here.

This is worst hotel. Initially they said cancellation on medical ground will be returned just you need to forward medical reports even after forwarding they didn’t return any amount later they blame make my trip also and I’ve forwarded medical report also to them

The hotel owner makes extra charges. He did not provide 24 hour service. According to the owner one night stay will be charged as 24 hour ##_Receptionist_Girl_is_Cheater_be_aware

Fantastic experience. Rooms were neat and clean and so were linens. Hotel staff members were helpful, made sure to maintain hygiene by cleaning rooms each day and changing linens and towels everyday. My family overall had a pleasant stay and would recommend anyone looking for quality hospitality in Roorkee.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life. Nothing is even average in this property. Starting from the room till the service everything is below average. I would give 0 star for the service if I could. The room was below average. I reached at the hotel at around 10:00pm, there was a Mouse roaming around in the room I stayed, when I called the guy at the reception, he came to check, he didn’t even bother to move the sofa chair where the mouse was even I had to do it for him. He did not take any accountability or try to resolve the issue. The room and the corridor was stinky it was so difficult to breathe and there were mosquitos everywhere. It wasn’t enough, Our room key was not functioning when we ask the guy at the reception to program the key again he said “ koi baat nhi aapko kahin jana to nhi hai na abhi”. This kind of attitude and service is unacceptable, at least I didn’t accept it from Treebo Hotels. Service-0 star, Room-0 star, cleanliness-0 star, amenities-2 (they had tv and Ac atleast)Overall- 1 star . Extremely disappointed with their attitude and service. This property is not at all recommended.

Rooms are nice and doable, comfortable and clean. Staff are good, they help you every now and then. Food is good as they have an in house restaurant.

Rooms are full of mosquitoes and flies. Better carry mosquito repellent. Travellers booking complementary breakfast are treated worst. Breakfast quality is too poor. Bread was stale. Dal makhani doesn't have real butter. Rooms are not ventilated. Toilets are also not having any exhaust or ventilation. Avoid eating at this hotel. Better food is available a few steps away at affordable prices. Avoid booking this property.

I was here on my road trip to Kashmir. Booked this property through booking.com. Service was very good. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Room and toilet was clean and neat. What i loved the most is their breakfast. Overall a good experience.

I stayed at the property for 2 days and the experience was really good. The staff is welcoming and is available to attend to every guest's needs. I saw some negative reviews on Google but i don't see why they have written that. In my opinion.... the hotel is great with great facilities. The rooms are clean. So are the restrooms. The rooms are quite spacious and the best part...the front desk is always available whenever you require. Cheers!!

Pathetic service. Booked a room at this hotel, I called treebo customer care before reaching there to inform that we will be arriving at 8.00 pm from Delhi. When we reached there lady at the reception said we have given your room to someone else because you did not pick my call at 6.30 pm and there is no other room available. She was super rude said jo kar sakte ho kar lo, yahan to room nai milega, the way she was talking was absolutely ununacceptable. Third class staff. Will never recommend thjs hotel to any one. Never expected this from someone from hotel industry.

Popular by the name of K.K. Residency, Hotel Stay well is located on the road that cuts off from the S.D.M. chauraha, Civil lines Roorkee. I had my interview at A.P.S. No. 1 and so this hotel seemed like a good place to stay. The room they provided me with was a bit small and road facing. What surprised me was the toilet had a mirror front with full transparency from the top. Although there are no buildings at the front, it does lack a bit of privacy, I hope they'll change that in the future. I stayed here for two nights and found the food totally great. The receptionist and the service guys were all very kind and well behaved. Would definitely stay here in future.

Very bad experience here. We booked a one day room from booking.com and after a long travel we reached here. Along the way we got mail from treebo that our booking is confirmed and two times we got call from treebo for confirm the booking. When we reached here the reception boy helped to unload the languages, after that he told that THERE IS NO ROOM HERE. When we showed him the confirmation email he told he didn't gave any confirmation. He says he tried to reach us by mobile but we didn't get any call or miss call alerts, as well as his phone doesn't have any history of dialing out number. He told he deleted that. What a PERFECT LIE.
