hotel was at good location. neat and clean.my stay was good. issues which I faced are: 1. they were not professionals 2. they charged me for the basic ammenties, like water bottle. they took money to provide drinking water during my stay. otherwise breakfast was also good. I stayed here for 20hrs.

Worst OYO 24987 zaina I have ever experienced. Property manger made me wait for over half and hour just because he thinks I booked it for cheap rate. Made me to call customer care, she resolved it well but still it took time. I was exhausted and after check-in they didn't provide soap shampoo and all. I made a call then he came after half an hour. Room was dirty, bed sheer stink, with dirty patches and long hairs in pillow preferably. Shower not working, wash basin broken. Wifi was not working. He promised to resolved but later no response. No manner to attend customers. Have to call for everything. The only time he called me was for money, sir did u paid. This sucks especially when a person is coming all over from chennai to roorkee ans this oyi behave this way. He didn't even have courtesy to switch on fan when a customer is waiting. Didn't even provide water but only after two calls. I don't recommend this oyo.

Denied check-in at 1 in the night, as the room was booked through OYO. The person at the reception asked for payment to be made directly and in cash. I didn't have cash but I was ready to make the payment on OYO app but the person denied that and literally pushed me out of the lodge. I was lucky to find another OYO next door, which btw had similar conditions for the payment to be made directly to the hotel but at least had an option of Paytm and Card payments. I had booked the hotel only because it is directly outside the Roorkee Railway Station and had an early morning train to catch. Worst part is I complained to OYO on their app at that time but nobody has responded even after 3 days.

Pathetic experience just check-in this morning, no basic amenities, no water if you ask for water they said u need to go out and bring, no landline working, Hotel is at great location I stayed here few times and now staff changed and new staff not corporative. No service, this is last time I stayed here. Owner need to look it if they want to continue the good business

Would have rated 4 on the basis of safety but reduced 1 pointdue to the lack of cleanliness . No one can enter your room if you are not present. You have to make the management do their part on cleaning your room. The hotel is about a 100 m or less distance from the roorkee station. E rickshaw is always available outside the place. Food, grocery and medical stores are present beside the guest house and across the road.

I won't suggest anyone to visit here. Reception desk is highly unprofessional. They're rude and usually deny you to check in after your confirmed and paid online booking.<br/>My room was dirty and dusty. A big no from my side.

Nice stay, hotel is good, staff is nice and friendly. A lot of time you find good facilities. Their service is quick. All in all a good stay.

Decent guest house. The main advantage of this place is that it is very close to the station so it is very convenient for people who are coming to Roorkee for the first time around.

Though the place is snall, the guys who sit at the counter make sure that you are comfortable. It is stones throw distance away from Roorkee railway station.
