Wonderful and friendly owners. We had a 18hour layover that landed at 4:30 am. Money was tight so we had no luxery of taking Ubers around LA and entertaining ourselves, but we desperately needed a place to sleep and wait out the layover. Manhatten in was able to accommodate a very early check in with very fair price and did not bill is extra fees, when other hotels cost more and would not let us check in early. Our room was clean and everything thing was fresh, while it's obviously not a luxurious hotel we definitely felt like this was the absolute best hotel in the area for the price range and we would both think twice to return there if we find ourselves stuck in LAX again.

Very friendly welcome. Room was adequate and comfortable, but desperately needs someone to go round it with a duster. Good location to get to LAX and a thirty minute walk gets you down to Manhattan beach, which was very nice. If you're a light sleeper take earplugs. It's on the main road, which I was aware of, so can't really complain about the noise. But would advise for future guests. Literally, ten minutes effort with a duster and vacuum cleaner and id give it 5 stars for the room.

Owners are really friendly and nice, arrived early and they still prepared the room. Once the room was ready it was extremely clean, nice and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

Staff here were extremely friendly during my stay. You get what you pay for here, but for a place to stay at such a cheap price it wasn't too bad. I didn't like the bugs at all here and the towels were dirty and coated with orange dust like cheetos or something. Recommended if it's your last resort. Again people were nice, not security deposit and free parking for hotel guests.

Great place to stay! I had a reservation at the wave hotel only to find out they didn’t have room for me. Glad it happened because I found this place. The staff are great, the rooms are spacious, and it’s very close to everything. Nice restaurants right across the street. You can’t beat the value of this place, and the staff are very accommodating.

I love ❤ this little get away. The price, location, and convenience are 🥰 positioned just right. I'd hate to give up this #HiddenGem but I couldn't live without giving them the credit they deserve. Lovely accommodating staff, definition of Hospitality

Owner is sooo so sweet! Perfect Location with restaurants and shops right across the street, 10m car or bus ride and you’re in Downtown Manhattan Beach with lots of shops and the beach aswell! Very clean, cleaners came everyday, & safe as well! Would definitely stay again!
