We were lucky enough to partner with Jan and her teams for our wedding florals. I trusted them completely and gave them creative license after sharing a few inspiration photos and they exceeded every expectation I had. Truly, I cried upon seeing them for the first time at the shop a day before my wedding. Jan is so amazing to work with and will make you feel as if you're the only couple on the planet. There's a reason they've been in business for so long, a true staple of the community!

I needed to order flowers online from out of state & by happenstance came upon Steve’s Floral - best blind purchase choice I have made. Ordering was quick, the website was easy to navigate, the choice of arrangements is great & available at many price points. The cherry on top for me was an unexpected text message, providing a photo of my actual arrangement order for confirmation. Not only did this message ease my mind about what my purchase was going to look like (which was gorgeous & very accurate to the order example) but it was so incredibly thoughtful & delightfully considerate. What a lovely touch of customer service. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.

This is hands down the best florist in Manhattan. They are very expedient with delivery. They have exceptional floral designs at a far price. The additional gift options are perfect for most occasions. They communicate great with the ordering party and the receiving party. Hands down best experience I have had with a florist. I would give them more stars if I could.

I called at 1:00pm today to have flowers delivered by 5:00pm today. The gal taking my order was quick, helpful, and I got just what I ordered. The flowers were delivered by 3pm. What a great way to surprise a co-worker for her birthday. Great customer service.

I was so happy with our wedding flowers from Steve's Floral! Jan was a pleasure to work with. She was helpful and on top of it from beginning to end. I was planning the wedding from a different state so we e-mailed back and forth discussing what I wanted and how to fit it into our budget and she was very accommodating and quick getting back to me. She took my ideas and inspiration photos and came up with awesome arrangements that she went over very thoroughly when I finally met with her in person, then she made sure to send photos when the flowers started coming in, made adjustments along the way, had a beautiful bouquet put together for the final look when I went in with my bridesmaids, and delivered and set up the flowers flawlessly on wedding day. They turned out amazing!!

I don’t live in Manhattan so I went off the reviews. I called in my order for my nieces bday. They were so very nice and helpful. My niece sent me these pics of the arrangement after they were delivered and I am so very glad I went with them. She loves it all. Along with the flowers and balloons I also added in some of the chocolates as well. Absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be using them in the future. 🤍🤍🤍
