The staff is amazing at Downtown Dental. Everybody is so nice and friendly to the patients! It’s defiantly a personable atmosphere. The Dentists Dr. Hall and Dr Winter remember faces and deliver the best suggestions and practices. I wouldn’t recommend another dental group in Manhattan! They are the best from hygienists, to doctors, to secretary’s!

I lived with headaches daily for years. I had tried numerous things with no relief that lasted. Dr. Hall recommended Botox for my TMJ issues, and I can’t thank her enough. I didn’t realize how miserable I was until finding something that gave me relief for three or more months at a time. She was very patient and dedicated to finding what worked for me. The staff there is amazing and always welcoming, especially Tracy and Michaela. The dental assistants that do the cleanings are always very friendly too. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the people! Truly thankful that I have Dr. Hall as my dentist!!!

Although we were not patients of Downtown Dental Group when my son had a dental emergency and his dentist couldn’t treat, Dr Hall stayed open late to treat my son. She was professional, compassionate, and he had exceptional care. Highly recommend!

Working with them was an absolute pleasure—they graciously took time out of their Sunday evening to take care of my dental emergency, even though I wasn’t an established patient yet. Everyone helped me through the root canal with the utmost patience, professionalism, and understanding. The kindness and selflessness I experienced from the three people who took time out of their days off to come help me was incredible. I would absolutely recommend coming here, not only for an emergency, but for any dental needs. This is the best dental health care I’ve ever received, hands down. Thank you guys so much!

From start to finish, this was the most positive dental experience I have ever had. I came for a check up and cleaning and received the most thorough care. From oral cancer screenings to jaw movement analysis to teeth and bite measurements to cleaning, I felt thoroughly taken care of. I feel like so many dentists these days are money-making corporations, but Dr. Winter was honest and took the time to explain all of his analyses. We move around a lot and I've had to see many different dentists over the years and this one really stands out from the rest!

I feel so lucky to have found downtown dental. I am new to town and they came highly recommended, and that is no joke! Their office is beautiful, everyone there is kind, professional, and I feel like they really want to get to know me. I have had no problems with any of the work I had done, which was quite a bit. They have a very logical, linear approach to getting work done and getting me back to good oral health. Brittany does a lovely job as a dental assistant, and makes me very comfortable and relaxed, no matter what kind of day I've had coming into the office. You should bring all of your dental needs to downtown Dental in Manhattan!

I've been going to Downtown Dental Group for a few years now and this practice is full of wonderful and caring providers. From the front office, to the assistants, hygienists and the dentists, everyone truly enjoys their part in the dental team and it shows! I've been going to Downtown Dental since I was in elementary school and I totally recommend it! I've had many different hygienists throughout the years who were all great, but I just recently had a check-up with Michael as my hygienist. He listened to my concerns and made good conversation throughout the appointment. I would recommend him to everyone!
