I'm not a fan of the kiosk ordering, although it worked fine. But, the play area made it all worth it! My son enjoyed every minute!

Absolutely horrible experience. The workers forced me to use a kiosk, even while paying with cash. They then proceeded to not be able to make 97 cents in change. I ordered two McFlurrys. Both came out not full, short of ice cream. (See attached imagery) We were swindled out of our money, and was not worth the $4 per cup. Do Not Recommend.

This location is close to work, so I go through the drive thru for lunch every few weeks. When they get busy, they have ppl pull along side the building and park in the adjacent spots to wait for their order. While a bit annoying, I guess it is faster in the end and allows them to work on preparing 4 or more orders at a time rather than less. On this trip I just got 2 sandwiches, a Big Mac and a Filet o Fish. My fish sandwich was excellent, absolutely perfect, piping hot and delicious. Big Mac was good, sloppily prepared and light on the onions, which I like to cut through the rich sauce. They were not busy, so no pull aside required, food came out very fast. Overall a good lunch

I get breakfast here many mornings and I love their sausage biscuits and their app deals for $1.00 iced coffee! Highly recommend this place for early morning risers (opens at 5 in the morning).

Food and service are typical to most McDonald's locations, but I love that this location has a playground. It seems like most locations have gotten rid of their playgrounds. The only downside is that the play equipment seems quite grubby/dirty. It probably hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Just use lots of hand sanitizer before/during/after playing.

This used to be one of my favorite locations, usually very nice staff and good burgers. Got the worst food poisoning of my life from this place. Ordered a 10 piece nugget and they were visibly very old and dry. Was exhausted and was already home so made the mistake of eating them anyways. Terrible mistake and very disappointed

This location has fast drive thru service but the counter service was very slow. The food was well prepared and the order was filled correctly. The drink machine could have used some attention but the rest of the restaurant was clean overall. Rest room was about a7.

Very clean and nicely landscaped. Fast drive through, although they did ask me to pull up to spot 1 and wait for my order (crispy chicken sandwich and frappe) I'd preferred to not had to wait, and get a chicken sandwich that was perfectly cooked, instead, it was overcooked, dare I say even a little burnt, at the least it was well "doner" than I like. All the employees were very nice but, before they asked me to pull up, I had asked for honey mustard, there was none in my bag.

Most days are fine however in the morning customer service sucks be careful when you go there you may have someone ruining the rest of your day simply because they don't want to be working I guess my experience has been that customer service in the morning sucks big time

I didn't want to use the kiosk but was forced to use the kiosk even while they were just standing around looking at their phones.. I've been to other McDonald's that give you the option to use the kiosk but if you don't they will gladly take your order.. Last time I step foot in there..

can you guys PLEASEEEE STAY OPEN LATER. its very inconvenient that shake shack is open later than mcdonalds like lets be for real here! Covid protocols have been lifted for mad long, yall need to get on board! Also its so crowded. Nobody tends to the cash register.

The Play Place and seating area in front of it is about half the size of the entire restaurant. It is humongous, but the kids and families love it. The decor and seating in the rest of the restaurant is a little unusual with all the colors that they use: grays, dark greens, bright orange, and an off red color. They just don't go together. Overall the food was fine and there's plenty of parking. Lots of workers, and quick service.

So if you go inside you get no help . They make you use the ordering Kiosks . It's better to just use the drive - thru or your doing all the work yourself .

As good as any McDonalds can be. The service wasn't too fast and they forgot 2 items but it was quickly and pleasantly corrected. There is still a playland in this McDonalds. At one point, the playland door was opened by a child and the alarm sounded for quite a while before it was fixed.

Play place for the kids, open late. Many mistakes with orders were made, but honored and corrected. Love the offers and deals on the app. Decent prices.

I used the kiosk to order and it was easy. Food came out fast. My kids wanted to play in the play place. The eating area around it was ten degrees warmer due to the big windows but it was fine. The play set has that sticky layer of germs we all know and love from childhood!

there were 4 of us. I advised 4rencha. not enough. stupidly turned away from me and all. giving nothing. it's brazen. also here the women's toilet is in a terrible state, the floor is dirty and sticky and there is a terrible smell. toilet paper was scattered on the floor. I was there during the day. plus the fact that they quickly brought me the only order. the frozen sheikh was highly diluted and immediately sank and dissolved in the glass.
