No complaints on the food. The prime burger was great. The nachos were. The seared steak salad is a good choice. The zingers platter was great. Didn’t like the mango habanero sauce too much. The big red is an excellent choice as well

We have been here twice so far and it's always a great experience. The food is very good, prices are reasonable, and the service is nice. The zingers are very good - definitely recommend those. And the pull apart donut dessert is amazing. Overall, it's a solid bar like restaurant and definitely recommend going for a good meal.

The place was clean and not crowded so we were served right away! The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The spinach artichoke dip and chips weren’t my favorite but the mozzarella sticks were yummy. I had the zingers chicken salad which was delicious but I wish the zingers were crispier. I loved the chicken fajita!!! The pretzel is tasty & so soft!

Have been to other Miller's as I travel for work. The best Sports Bar chain - lots of high quality TVs with sound on to hear Thurs. Football. Did not disappoint, 1st Service = Excellent, Katie - bartender/server a real pro, attentive, friendly, accomodating, should train others. 2nd Had Prime Burger - cook perfectly Medium- nice warm pink center, juicy, w good char on outside. Kudos to the chef. One of the top burgers anywhere with fries, broccoli 🥦, a nice side Ceasar salad, & add on fried shrimp (12 for only $3.99 - gave me 15) Like 2 meals, I hadn't eaten all day & picked the right spot. Best sports bar & restaurant in Lancaster.

I am not big on chain restaurants, but this place with refreshing! They had an awesome bar! The husband and kids brought me here for dinner, we had the calamari (nice and crispy), warm Bavarian pretzel, onion rings, Cajun chicken pasta, burgers, and the creole mahi and shrimp. The burgers were cooked to what we wanted, medium rare. Every bite was just savory and amazing. I was so happy with how crispy the calamari was. Everything was seasoned with love. This place is a great restaurant to try out! The entire family loved all of their dishes!

Not that great; not terrible either. I’d like to give them another chance sometime. We went at 2:30 on a Thursday, so the place was dead. Staff was friendly and didn’t keep us waiting at the door for someone to notice us. So we were immediately happy with that. Our server didn’t put in our appetizer order so we had to ask about it when the meals came out. Mac n cheese from the kids menu was dry and caked together and my chicken zingers were cold and soggy. Clearly they were done first and sat in the window. Initially, I declined a fresh order, but then changed my mind when I tasted the cold chicken. (Ok, not like refrigerated, but absolutely room temp. Colder than the 98.6 degrees of my mouth. Not enjoyable.) Second order of chicken was reverse-blowing, lava hot, which was delightful. The crunchiness only lasted for the first bites, though. By the time I was done with the second of my seven pieces, everything was soggy. There was just way too much sauce on them. Annnnnnnd, whatever sauce was on the first plate they brought out was not the same as the second plate that reached the table. This was my first time eating here, so I have no idea what the first one was. (Maybe sweet Thai chili?) Fries were great. Hot, crispy, well-seasoned. We all loved them. Same for the fried jalapeños. I’d definitely order those again. I’ve been a server, so I get it. I always struggled when I had fewer tables. It’s hard to find your rhythm, you lose track of time because there’s no need to hustle… So I don’t want to trash talk this place after just this one experience. I had a tough time deciding what to order because there were lots of good looking options. I’ll also go at a busier time of day and see if that changes things. One more thing, the table we had was sticky. It’s not because it wasn’t wiped down. The finish on the table had gone from glossy to tacky. It was a gross feeling, even though we knew it had nothing to do with cleanliness. I’m sure ours wasn’t the only one. They should look into refinishing those table tops or at least deep cleaning and scraping the years of debris and accumulated gunk and residue. Might be an idea for some side work on a slow Thursday afternoon sometime in the near future…😉

This is a FUN place to hang out because of the large televisions all around the dining room. Typically, I get the fish and chips dish which is DELISH. However, on our most recent visit I tired something new - blacked mahi mahi sandwich, coleslaw and fries. I wasn’t pleased with the sandwich at all. It didn’t appear to be blackened at all. The coleslaw was very bland too. Nonetheless, my husband enjoyed his dish - Pork Osso Buco. They had a new dessert on the menu - strawberry cheesecake. We did enjoy it. On my next visit, I’ll stick to what I know I’ll enjoy 😉

Typically the food here is really good but tonight must have been an off night because they were busy. We didn’t receive our appetizer (which I did let them know about that) but then I got my fajitas but they were charred black, three of them were edible and I was really hungry so I just ate them. I honestly was just going to let that go but without saying anything the manager and the waitress made things 100% right. They comp my fajita, gave me another meal for take home and gave us a dessert. That was probably the best customer service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We will definitely be eating here more often!
