Waste of time even though appointment is fixed with Time. Waiting is too much and they are allowing others to go in our given appointment time. Better don't prefer this hospital. Doctor is fine but management is not at all good. They are using FIFO( First in First out) method not depending on appointment.

Doctors are very comprehensive but the management is hectic. Have a lot of patience when you are there. Nice and clean delivery rooms. OPD looks hygiene and well equipped too.

Very disappointed with the management service, very poor at managing skills. Confused Reception staff, no billing system. They will collect the money from paitents but they never provide a bill copy. I don't see any management software being used in the hospital. No bill for consultation, No bill for Medicines. No hospitality at all. I am very sad to see such kind of Hospital Management Services in 2022. We paid 600 for consultation and again they charged 200 rupees extra for TT injection. When I asked the receptionist She replied it was a service charge for giving injection to patient. I am shocked even after paying the consultation fee they are charging 200 for giving injection. I won't prefer to visit this hospital, and for others I would like to share my experience of my 10 visits. In each visit you will see a new Guy in the reception. It doesn't deserve to be a Hospital at all. Hospital Ambience, staff, Doctor's, and the helping staff around the Doctor are in a full dilemma. It won't deserve even 1 🌟. Waiting time you will never expect such waiting time in the hospital. Too much of my time wasted by visiting this Hospital. They need only money they never care about the service. Pharmacy at Ground floor is like a booth bungalow. All medicines will be given by Doctor only. I think She is playing dual role like a doctor cum pharmacist. I really don't understand our situation at hospital premesis.

We have been visiting this Hospital since years. DR. Ramesh is an excellent doctor. Not only a good doctor but he is a very nice human being. His behavior is very friendly. He is a perfect Doctor. We also visited his wife Dr.Sunitha Avasarala who is a gyno here, But unlike him his wife is an extremely rude woman. Her behavior with patients is worst. Doctors are to help and treat patients, In no way she behaves or treats like a doctor she is Not even worth of giving 1 star.

Very bad staff, they need to consider the patients time. they will chit chat with each other with out informing doctor . Some times swipe machine won't work and they will ask patients to wait for the payment with out thinking about any other alternative.

Doctor is nice, but staffs are impotent/ineffective. Doctor if you see this comment please change the staff to some worth front office. I am not saying the nurses. Front office staff should be effective in managing people. Not even worth 1 star for this hospital.

One of the worst hospitals in manikonda, management wise. No concept of appointments, unhygienic and smelly. No realistic ETA. They ask you to wait for 10 minutes and it ends up taking more than an hour and that it is if you are lucky. Im hoping i go home without any new diseases

Visited the hospital to check availability of one injection which will help a baby in emergency. The way the pharmacist responded was ruthless, he didn’t even cared to see the prescription and assist even after I informed that it’s an emergency medicine. All I expected was courtesy to help

Worst Worst Worst Management, They do not give proper appointment timings, doest know anything and doesn't lift the calls most of the times. Hospital still exists only because Doctor is good or else its 1 star maintenance Hospital.

Excellent treatment by the Doctor for my girl child moukthikaa aged 3yrs doctor Ramesh garu is very polite, have lots of patience, and very dedicative towards his work. one staff named Abdul garu a very good gentleman was very supportive throughout our journey with prerna hospital manikonda.

Doctor Ramesh is Good but he need to improve his staff. I suggest Doctor and staff to improve the waiting period and understand the PAIN of children and Parents.

I agree with others about management, reception, administration mishandling for the appointments, but Dr. Ramesh has God given cure in his hand. He is the best pediatrician in Hyderabad I believe. He listens carefully, his smile, his understanding and proper medicine is a blessing. My son is 5 yrs old, having developmental delay, seizures history and we visit only him for any concern of my child. I have no idea of the Gynecologist here. Hospital is clean and has rides.

Very worst experience at Prerana hospital. The staff does not know a thing. They ask you to come walk in but there will be a pile of patients before you and they don’t even intimate you about the queue. They don’t even clearly tell you where you are in the queue. Very worst management and don’t even think to take your kids here as the hygiene is worst

The process followed here to consult doctor is really worst. Even though you call prior and take appointment, where a token number is given, the system here doesn’t follow the sequence. The management at the reception manipulate the series to the known personal to them. Doctor is be good, he checks up and gives good medicines. Wouldn’t recommend this hospital, just because of improper management.

Dr eats your valuable time now a days every thing is updated with technology but this hospital will not use any technology. There is no online appointment timings and they won’t provide any bills if you ask for the bills they provide slips. I think this hospital is not paying the tax properly that’s the reason they are not providing any bills.

Worst experience with hospital staff. They are very rude to all patients over there. I called them before an hr and waited for 1 more. Finally had an argument with them as my baby is crying alot. Better going to another hospital rather than sitting for hours with babies

I have visited this hospital twice and the receptionist says there was no doctors & Nurses available. The lady in the reception is very rude and she don't respond to the queries.
