Very
disappointed
with
the
management
service,
very
poor
at
managing
skills.
Confused
Reception
staff,
no
billing
system.
They
will
collect
the
money
from
paitents
but
they
never
provide
a
bill
copy.
I
don't
see
any
management
software
being
used
in
the
hospital.
No
bill
for
consultation,
No
bill
for
Medicines.
No
hospitality
at
all.
I
am
very
sad
to
see
such
kind
of
Hospital
Management
Services
in
2022.
We
paid
600
for
consultation
and
again
they
charged
200
rupees
extra
for
TT
injection.
When
I
asked
the
receptionist
She
replied
it
was
a
service
charge
for
giving
injection
to
patient.
I
am
shocked
even
after
paying
the
consultation
fee
they
are
charging
200
for
giving
injection.
I
won't
prefer
to
visit
this
hospital,
and
for
others
I
would
like
to
share
my
experience
of
my
10
visits.
In
each
visit
you
will
see
a
new
Guy
in
the
reception.
It
doesn't
deserve
to
be
a
Hospital
at
all.
Hospital
Ambience,
staff,
Doctor's,
and
the
helping
staff
around
the
Doctor
are
in
a
full
dilemma.
It
won't
deserve
even
1

Waiting
time
you
will
never
expect
such
waiting
time
in
the
hospital.
Too
much
of
my
time
wasted
by
visiting
this
Hospital.
They
need
only
money
they
never
care
about
the
service.
Pharmacy
at
Ground
floor
is
like
a
booth
bungalow.
All
medicines
will
be
given
by
Doctor
only.
I
think
She
is
playing
dual
role
like
a
doctor
cum
pharmacist.
I
really
don't
understand
our
situation
at
hospital
premesis.
