Inefficient staff and ways of working - There are less than 10 patients today but it’s been an hour and its still not our turn yet. Approval for HMO takes forever to process and the staff kept on talking to one another instead of working. They follow a stupid working procedure wherein you have to have your blood extracted first in order to proceed with the succeeding requests such as xray, urinalysis , and etc where they could have let us done the other procedure beforehand to save time! We have also booked an appointment for ultrasound and was told that this procedure starts at 9am but its now 10:19am and we are still waiting for the Doctor who is nowhere to be seen 🤦🏻‍♀️

This is the most inconsiderate clinic among the rest of medical city branches as they won't accept a single patient even more than 30 mins before closing time as the doctor is doing evaluation and such. Doctor's name is Dr Chun as what the frontdesk staff nurse said. I would underatand it's 10 mins before 8pm which is their closing time. We arrived 7:20pm.

I have been in a different medical city branch but when I visited this branch the process for my check up was so fast and I was amazed by how the staff take care of their patient..thank u so much

This is a photo of a wall outlet located in n the WAITING AREA next to the PATIENTS' SEATS that patients are FORBIDDEN from using. Ewan ko ba ano logic nung manager o sadyang power trip lang. Kung customer service ang hanap niyo, sa ibang clinic ka tumingin or really come prepared kasi di accommodating dito. Napakaliit na bagay lang makicharge ng phone pero napakadamot nung manager sa outlet. God forbid tumaas kuryente n'yo ng iilang sentimo. Sakit sa bangs. Bukod dito suplado rin kausap mga staff, mas inuuna pa ang tsismisan. Kung mapadpad kayo sa area na to ng Chinatown, ibang clinic na lang puntahan niyo.

I did have check up with both my parents this Saturday Sept 16, 2023. It's he first time to have met a Fam Dr na galit. Di maka ihi father ko to my surprise walang ni reseta gamot.
